Nice view of the park. The avenue near the hotel is quite noisy. But you can directly get to the city center by public transport. Very good balance of quality and price. Spacious room, comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Great opportunity to swim in the pool. Special thanks to the specialists of the beauty salon. I am very pleased with the massage and manicure. I regret that I didn't have time to get to something else. The staff is wonderful. Thanks a lot.

It was a nice stay overall-friendly reception staff, clean and spacious room with a good view, spa area available ( was crucial for me as I‘ve got to take a rest after an intercontinental flight). Breakfast was offered in a buffet format at the restaurant of the hotel—a good selection of the food was served. My only no-so-good experience was with in-room dining- I couldn’t find tasty anything but the tea, and the service was also a bit not-up-to-standard. Other than that I can totally recommend this hotel to anyone making a stop in Minsk, and would stay there again myself.

I thought the restraint was not up to par with other hotels in the area.

at the reception of a girl that with first letter of name is P, don't know how to work, and very bad attitude for clients.

A not so friendly nor professional person at the front desk for check-in. More like pretending the money but without being able to give an explanation why an invoice can't be given with the payment. "Because of the law" is more like a "I'll shut your mouth" reason, as I was not the first time in Minsk, but I'm thinking to be the last time in Victoria. Also one of the bartenders from the Lobby Bar was rude and quite aggressive. Lets say that even if I was mistaken, he was not entitled to act like a wild (long story to tell it here but in my opinion I was not). I had already apologized and told him to put the "big" 10 Rubles on my bill already before his "wild person act" to start. But maybe too frustrated and willing to give me a lesson. ... Therefore, you Victoria, employer and responsible for these persons, will receive this low rate in the end. If you like to keep the aspiration on the, as you like to call, high standards get rid of those kinds from your staff. Maybe a little bit more than 30 years ago they could behave like they behave and nobody could tell something.

Really thought the staff were so stone faced, never experienced this anywhere previously, the welcome first night in the restaurant almost made me move hotel, I realise that language can be a barrier however no facial contact smile of anything from the guy on the desk, too busy on his cellphone, guess I should of highlighted to management however guessing this would have got no reaction, disappoint to say the least,

Bad ‘business’ hotel - WiFi completely inconsistent - staff showed no interest to help.Not close to the city centre - would advise caution about staying here.

Nice new hotel with cozy, big, spacious rooms with all necessities. Unfortunately unwelcoming and grumpy looking receptionists and very not cozy restaurant is a big minus in this place

The property was ok but the staff were not very qualified. The restaurant was very bad.

Nice hotel with quite basic, but still good SPA facilities, friendly and helpful staff, enjoyed my 4-night stay there. The only thing is the hotel is quite far from the city centre, and if you come to Minsk for business you are most likely to miss all the sight seeing.

Great Hotel. Would go again. Large, comfortable rooms. Cozy large beds, clean and beautiful bathroom, fast WiFi. Friendly staff, good selection on breakfast buffet, only a few minutes by taxi to the city center.

It's not at all a bad hotel, but it just oozes Soviet-era style.Lots of local people use the spa, so it gets crowded. Water in Jacuzzi was cold.Breakfast erratic; sometimes there was an omelette station, sometimes not.In summer it's probably nice that the location is across from a park, but I would have preferred to be more downtown close to restaurants.At about 50% less than the cost of the only two acceptable 'Western' hotels (Renaissance and Doubletree) I thought to give it a try.

I liked the hotel a lot. Very clean SPA, cozy room and great breakfast. I was choosing between two worldwide chains and happy that decided to go with the Victoria SPA.
