Beat hotel I have stayed at yet - staff, services, location and room was amazing

The room was very nice and clean. The staff at the reception was very friendly. My cutbacks are for the breakfast that was more than poor for a 5-star hotel. Little choice and a bored staff. Until now, I did not have such a service in other hotels in Bangalore. For this reason I will not stay there any more.

Would not recommend this hotel at all; (1) construction work at the hotel lasting throughout (2) the day, internet often too slow to work, and (3) service was not great either e.g. reception, in-room, fitness would not pick up the phone when calling. This hotel is highly overpriced compared to the quality. I spent several weeks in this hotel.

++ Junior suite is spacious and very comfortable -- Noisy due to renovation works (drills and hammers every day) and heavy rooftop bar music on weekend -- Breakfast buffet is limited

Very good stay. Some how they allotted old age room. Kind of disappointed. Also access to hotel and restaurants is challenging.

Excellent staff. Beautiful view from my room. Very clean and lovely room. A real treat. Good in restaurant excellent. A real jewel!

Food, customer service, maintenance of property, amenities nothing was good.

Overall a good hotel but overpriced. I've stayed in other hotels in Bangalore for less money that have better gyms, restaurants, etc.

Nice hotel. A bit old-ish, but the location and rooms are terrific value for money. The traffic can get a little unwieldy, but you can be smart about maneuvering that. The Wifi may be a bit tricky, but once again, can be figured out. Quiet stay even though it's surrounded by malls on all sides. Make sure to request a non-street facing room

We did book a couple of excursions through the hotel and were surprised with pricing - would recommend that you confirm numbers before proceeding. The gym is mediocre and would be great if additional machines were added. Lots of attentive staff and surrounded by malls with lots of food options.

We stayed at the Waverly for an extended stay while my husband was working in the tech center. We chose this location so that he could walk to work or commute easily given the feedback we heard on Bangalore Traffic. The breakfast each morning was delicious and the staff was very attentive to our needs. They helped us plan/coordinate drivers for our excursions and answered the many questions we had. The location is surrounded by two malls - very Western feel. However, walking there are a number of neighborhoods and locals to get a better understanding of the area. It is about 45-60 minutes driving to get to a lot of the well-known spots in Bangalore - again we compromised on staying farther away from this due to the convenience of the commute for work. There are a ton of restaurants in both malls so plenty of dining options as well as options at the hotel: Alt and The Whitefield Arms. The spa, Bounce, also provided for a good relaxation day during the week. The pool is on the roof top and is heated! It was a great way to relax and escape some of the hustle/bustle of the city. Overall, we would highly recommend staying at this hotel!

locaton is best. big shopping mall is near so can do good shopping. all staff is very kind and hotel is clean. only little upset about 2 thing. one is wifi connection. i couldnt connect well hotel wifi in my room. sometime can connect and sometime couldnt catch signal. second is tv signal also. during watching tv, tv signal is also not well so tv stop sometime. but i liked stay this hotel. if i have plan near come here, i think i will choice this hotel again.

The room I stayed was loft and this is my second stay in this hotel. The room is roomy and clean. Don't feel like you are staying in a hotel but like you are at home. The room has a kitchen and washer/dryer which is convenient too. I really like this hotel since it sits above the mall (HIVE mall) and right next to the Phoenix mall (biggest mall in the Whitefield). It's really convenient to do dinning and shopping. The staff are very friendly. I needed to shop silver bells and did not know where to buy and asked the hotel staff, Rahul. He did not only help me to find the store in the mall but also took me the store and helped me what I was looking for. Excellent customer service!

Room was nice. My only complaint was breakfast was limited and not that good. Hotel restaurant had a lot to desired. Food in malls next to hotel was ok, but I got sick two evenings eating there. The first time in many trips I got ill. I will probably go back to taj vivante that has a large and comprehensive buffet with a few nice restaurants on site.

I had a fantastic stay at the waverly. The room was clean to high standards. The bedding was soft and of high quality The staff were amaizing in every department, they made my stay at the waverly memorable. My dad loved the food absolutely delicious. Thank you the waverly staff from security staff to the management.

The dining facilities at The Whitefield Arms and Toscano are excellent and compare well with restaurants in London. The chief selling point of The Waverly is undoubtedly its staff. They are helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and work together as a team. The success of The Waverly looks to be of real importance to them and this is reflected in their attitude.
