We enjoyed our stay. It was clean, quiet, and we would definitely stay here again.

Staff was very friendly and room was very nice. Amenities were great and lot's of dining options are easy to walk to. Easy 10 minute drive to John Bryan State Park. Definitely would stay here again.

The hotel is old and looks like it hasnt been updated in 20 years. The carpet is stained everywhere. Its gross. The wallpaper up and down the hallways are scratched from housekeeping pushing their carts along it. This hotel was such a disappointment. I’m not sure how or why its received good reviews. Its one of the grossest hotels I’ve stayed at. Shame on them for not updating for the past couple decades.

Our stay at SpringHill Suites was excellent. Room was a good size with a sitting area with a couch. Bed was very comfortable.
Gabriel, the front desk host was the best part of our visit. She was so friendly, provided us with everything we asked for. She greeted us every time we left and returned from an adventure. Always asking what we did and how we liked it.

We stayed for 3 nights. The best were the worst I have ever slept in. The AC never really got cold. Our room was never cleaned in those 3 days. We only got a refresh of towels once as well. The breakfast had the worst selection . Same things day in and out. The pool didn’t drain properly… there was always big puddle of water when walking anywhere around the pool area.

Stay here in the past and had a great experience. This time not so great. The room was very humid and the ac seemed to not run well. We resorted to buying a couple of fans to move the air around in the room. We stayed over the weekend and the breakfast was terrible. The eggs were very chewy, food was lack there of and cold. One of the kids mentioned the eggs tasted like rubber. The beverage area was bare and empty. Even the bartender was frustrated as he couldnt make drinks the customers were requesting. The bartender was a very nice guy. Very disappointed in this visit.

This is more like a motel. It’s dirty, things are broken, and out dated. There is no way it’s worth the cost. I had to clean everything. Sink was clogged, shower was broke, carpet was sticky and the walls were disgusting. I will never stay here again and I don’t know how Expedia has it as an exceptional stay. So deceiving!

Very clean. Nice room. The mattress was not as comfortable as it could have been. But, we enjoyed our stay. Free breakfast each am and was great. Choices and fresh. We came into town for the Air-force museum. We also went to the Weight brothers museum. If your in town make sure you visit these two places. You won’t be disappointed. Restaurants in walking distance was nice as well.

Everything was great until breakfast. We were told, at check-in, breakfast was 6-9. We got there at 8:15 and there wasn’t much available. The attendant brought out more sausage…4 pieces for a room full of guests. At 8:45, a couple of guests showed up expecting some breakfast. There was no milk, no coffee, no sausage, a couple eggs (that were cold) and some cereal (no milk). The fruit in the bowl was the worst fruit I have ever seen. This is just a sampling of the issues. The attendant started cleaning up early and by 9:05, most of everything had been cleaned up and put away. Quite a few of the guests were very upset they had minimal offerings for breakfast, if none at all. Could have stayed at another hotel with a good breakfast…even right next door!

If you need to actually get sleep, don’t let them put you in room 120. We were right next to the lobby and it was LOUD. I had to call the front desk a couple of times to ask them to have the guests in the lobby to be quiet.
And although the room seemed clean, we literally found a clump of hair placed on the shower wall in a super obvious eye-level spot, making me wonder how/if the shower was cleaned at all before our stay.

The hotel was nice. The double queen bed room I stayed in was nice. I liked the walk in closet. The scent of the shower gel was nice. I was disappointed but the fact there was no body lotion. You have to bring your own. Breakfast was decent.

We had so many issues in the first 15 minutes of getting into our room. The staff ended up moving us rooms but the employee that moved us rlinto a different room didn't put in the computer she moved us so a day after being there we had a random person open our door with a key card. It was supposed to be their room for that night

Unfortunate, they did not have enough breakfast for the guests. There were guests from other hotels sharing the pool which was over crowded. the floors were dirty and the lights in my room were not working properly.

Convenient to Wright Patterson.
Shower leaked into room below us and an employee contacted us about it, and then nothing. We waited over an hour to continue with our showers and never heard from anyone again.
Breakfast on Friday was packed, only 2 empty tables in the entire place and they did not keep the food supplied through 9:00am. When I came down with 5-10 minutes remaining of breakfast, there were literally a couple of bagels, a couple of english muffins & 2 strips of chicken and over 10 people waiting in line to get that. Very disappointed that they let the food run out close to end of service when there were so many people obviously still hungry.
