I had a great stay at this hotel in July and stayed again at the beginning of December. Both visits were good. The staff is great, the hotel is very clean and in generally good repair. On this trip I had someone next to me blaring their TV and it made it painfully obvious how thin the walls are. Other than that it was a perfect second visit

Hotel was comfy and nice and new. It was clean. I could hear more road noise that usual but not terrible. The breakfast buffet however was not very good at all (the hot items such as sausage, eggs). All three of our party agreed it was the worst breakfast on our 6 day trip.

We’ve stayed at this hotel several times and I’m not sure we would stay again. The AC unit oddly made our bed vibrate and the breakfast was rubber eggs with sugar and more sugar. Was really disappointed this time.

The breakfast was not so great. Rubbery egs, no bacon, waffles looked great but the line was very long. Sweet rolls not eatable. Fruit was good. Good coffee.

SUPER friendly staff! They went way above and beyond! Great outdoor jacuzzi! Love it! Nice to be close enough to Zion National Park but away from the crazy crowds of Springfield.

It’s a very nice hotel and very clean. However, our room smelled of pet urine or something similar. At first we thought it may be because it was hot and the AC wasn’t on but after it cooled down it still smelled.

The front desk staff are always friendly and helpful. I stay at this hotel frequently for work, and I enjoy it every time! Often the staff have gone out of their way to help me have what I need during my stays.

I will start with Kingman hotels are always overpriced due to locations. The linens were clean and the towels were soft. The cleaners work hard to turn all the rooms. However, the room felt a bit run down. The mattress had dips on both sides. The box spring and platform were all scratched up. One of the lamp shades was torn. High use areas in the room have dirt. Even the “do not disturb sign” had coffee stains splashed all over. The dumbest thing about the room was that all three lamps were controlled by light switch at the door. The door/entrance light had to be on to use one or all three lamps. The reception area gets congested quickly which makes getting to the elevators with luggage/cart tricky.

Overall great stay. The room just had a weird smell to it. Only stayed for the night so it wasn’t a big deal for me

The room was clean and the grounds kept up. The hotel overall has a warm, friendly vibe to it. I especially liked the friendliness of all staff. The gal who checked me in was kind and compassionate when I shared that my little traveling companion (my dachshund) is 18 years senior and I was having to decide if it is time to release her.
