My family of 6 stayed at this hotel for a weekend stay. The room was not stocked with bedding for the let out couch. Instead of housekeeping bringing it, we had to go down to get it. We called down to the desk at 6 am to inform them the tub was stopped up and we were told maintenance wasn’t there. We asked to be moved to another room because we needed to take showers and we were told the hotel was sold out. From the looks of the parking lot and traffic at the hotel that couldn’t be the case. We were never contacted back to have someone fix it. The room wasn’t cleaned during our stay. One of the elevators were out of service the entire stay.
The “hot” items for breakfast was room temp or cold and the coffee was terrible. For the amount we paid for the stay I was not impressed.

The only complaint I have is the thin walls. You can hear everything. But overall this was a good hotel.

Very clean and comfortable in a safe concenient area. Breakfast was excellent. This place deserves its high rating.

Staff was courteous and accommodating!!! Staff met our needs during the baseball tournament so much that others at surrounding hotels wanted to change hotels. Breakfast was readily available and we had access to all the amenities.

There was dried blood in the pillow, no blankets, pillows or linens provided. Food in "buffet" style was not great and a yogurt from the fridge we grabbed had an expiration date of 3/26/24.

We found dirty women’s underwear in the closet in our room. Told the front desk and they didn’t even have housekeeping get it, they just left it in there. Also you can berly hear the tv bc you can only turn it up so loud.

I paid for what I thought was a suite with a door that closed to the pull out couch area. We did this because my mom snores so badly no one can sleep. We specifically picked this hotel for the Suite option. This is a normal sized room. We also stayed farther away from the venue than we wanted to. And I paid more. I am completely unsatisfied and feel I was lead incorrectly by the photos and descriptions of the room. We will not stay here again or recommend to anyone.
