The room was nice and clean but it was on the bottom floor and had quite a bit of highway noise. It was also not a full hotel so it was not necessary to put us in a bottom floor accessible room.

Our stay started off okay. Hotel was nice enough, and check in was easy. We were sitting down to eat dinner in our room and opened a bottom cabinet to see if there was an extra trash can there. No trash can, but instead a huge bag of trash left by some previous guest. Made me question to cleanliness of everything else. Gym was very nice. Breakfast was nice as well.

Customer service was great! From check in to check out. The morning staff for breakfast were on top of their job. The rooms were clean and spacious. The only thing I disliked was the restroom sliding door, not a lot of privacy. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is nicely kept. The carpets need to be cleaned. The lobby and breakfast area is spotless. They have a very attentive employee when breakfast is being served. The front desk employees are very friendly and helpful. The overall stay was great.

The hotel room was nice but the overall hotel was eh. Carpet in the hall was stained. They didnt have coffee for the continental breakfast on sunday and not once was i asked for my ID. When i checked in, wasnt asked for and ID. Locked my card keys in my room needed a new one, wasnt asked for an ID to make sure it was my rooms.

Their is limited beverage options and the continental breakfast was blahhhhh at best and the coffee maker was out of service at breakfast and their coffee maker in the room had dust and gunk in it. I didnt dare try to use it. Their bed should be named Chevy. It was truly like a rock. Looks nice but the details ....not so great.

Great place and location. Super clean pool and the outdoor bbq was a plus. My only downside was the bed mattress was hard, so I wouldn’t do it again cause we all need a good sleep.

The staff was very cordial. The location was perfect for my purposes. I thought the cleanliness of the hotel was not as it should be. The carpets are very dirty. In the bathroom when you turn on the fan little black particles were coming from somewhere on the counters. Maybe filters need replaced?

The hotel was good, the bed was good. The bad part was the restrooms. They are virtually 5'x5' with a huge door.
Not sure why they would put a door in a RR that small. You have to step to side of the toilet to get to the shower. The shower had water savers on it & the water pressure & spray was horrible. We'll pass on this one next time. Lobby was niece & rooms fine but rest, I can't do that !

I’ve stayed at this property several times over the past 5 years. Since changing to Stone Hill, it continues to decline in the common areas as well as the rooms. The stains on the carpet on the 2nd floor hallway to pilling sheets on the beds, this hotel needs an update. It is a great location, very friendly staff but with with all the needed repairs it just makes it feel dirty. Very unfortunate.
