We stayed in the Sukhothai Suite for 2 nights for our honeymoon, and it was such a pleasant stay, we just wanted to stay in the hotel the whole time! One of the biggest reasons I wanted to stay here was the rooftop pool, and it is just as majestic in person! Same with the room pictures, which was a relief! Heads up, suite guests have access to that rooftop pool + the 27th floor bar/pool. Guests who stay at the residence rooms only have access to the 27th floor bar/pool. During our stay at 137 Pillars Suites, we took advantage of/checked out the following - complementary happy hour drinks on 27th floor, shuttle to and from EmQuartier, butler service, herb garden, and both pools. Shortly after I booked, I mentioned to the staff that it was my honeymoon, and they were all so sweet in commemorating it, they left several wonderful surprises in the room, it was so sweet and made the stay even more memorable! I've been to a number of high-end, luxury hotels in the U.S., Europe, and Asia, and I have to say-- this one has been one of the most worth the money hotels, and it is definitely in my top 3.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Very difficult to not fall in love with it. Ron, the assistant manager, greeted me very warmly upon my arrival and showed me around. I stayed in a suite on a 25th floor. Absolutely beautiful! If that’s not enough, there is a Spectacular view from the rooftop pool, and a happy hour on the 26th floor. Breakfast is on the same floor as a happy hour, with hours between 7 am and 5 pm. Many a la carte options, with a few buffet options till 11 am as well.

Service at this hotel is really top notch. Ron was very sweet and really made a genuine effort to make your stay plesent.

Its a very nice hotel that has everything you could wish for. Less good is that you have not received your deposit back yet and it has been over 3 weeks since your stay at this hotel.

Second stay at 137 Pillars, this time we tried the Suites which give access to the amazing infinity pool at the rooftop. When we visited during sunset, we were treated with some stunning views of the city. All the staff were very nice and always able to help with all our needs. Will be back again.

This was one of the most incredible properties we’ve stayed at, and their honeymoon setup was the cherry on top. Beautiful & extravagant suite exceeded our expectations. Amazing service from our arrival to departure from friendly staff. Enjoyed the cocktail hour and complimentary refreshments available at the lovely suites lounge. Will absolutely stay here again next trip to Bangkok. Thank you!

The rooftop pool is very instagram-able. The room is spacious.

The infinity pool was amazing and the concierge was very helpful, fantastic rooms.

It is advertised that we have a butler. The 24 hour butler line is just the front desk and unfortunately, the front desk staff all have an attitude and provide terrible service. The in-suite dining food is inedible. The location is far from the city centre.

Suites and pool are fantastic as expected, but in relation to the number of suites there are extremely few loungers by the pool, so we had to lie on stones for hours. The tone of some members of the staff is not always adapted to the level of the clientele of the house.

Everything is fantastic, nice staff, good facilities, beautiful pool and views. But, you must consider the location and transportation before booking. The hotel is located next to an one way road and the traffic is bad all day. You have to wait more than 15 to 20 mins for the car everytime if you wanna go out, even more. However, it will be a great choice for you if wanna enjoy and stay in the hotel.

The staffs are exceptionally friendly, helpful and professional. Facilities are better than I expected. Will definitely come back next time

It was really good, especially the rooftop swimming pool that is open 24 hours is the best 2nd visit!

I have just stayed at 137 suites with my partner & we are absolutely blown away by the level of service you receive. From check in to check out everything was perfect.. nothing was ever to much trouble for the amazing staff who went above and beyond every time. In particular our butler gift was amazing, friendly & extremely helpful. The hotel itself is spotless, modern & the views are beautiful (in particular the roof top pool). We wished we stayed longer!
