The front seat staff was very rude and non responsive. Mage is waits with 2 kids for check in when the rooms were available. Refused to give water on arrival. No one came to clean the rooms. No doona in the bedroom and the TV’s didn’t work. When asked - there was no response

Our room was nicely contained with dishes, clothes washer and dryer, etc. Although a restaurant is nearby, a supermarket is within walking distance up the street. If you want to be close to the airport this is the area to find a hotel. Other areas of Fiji are much further away.

This is a 3.5 Star hotel, staff is very friendly and rooms are basic but clean. Breakfast is served at 7:30AM and on the day they did not open until 8:00AM. Also not very flexible on date changes. Not a hotel if travelling to Fiji on business.

Due to a flight cancellation, stayed here. Impressed with the servce and also the facilties. Location is excellent. Wake up early and step off the verrendah to a flat sea, beaitiful beach setting and the pacific quiet. A complementary bottle of red wine in the room set the tone. I'll be back!!!

Hotels location is stunning along the Wailoaloa Beach. Brilliant for morning/ evening walks. Clean and well decorated. Staff helpful.

It was okay. Nice spacey modern apartment. Close to the airport and the supermarket down the road was handy.

We have traveled through out Fiji and this by far was the least friendly and somewhat dingy place The beach strip is nice but the facilities are minimal and are just not a clean feeling. We ate at a nearby resort and stayed at the other resort pool as well :/. Happy we just had the one night here

The hotel’s location is fantastic—right on the beach with great food options both at the beach and on the top of the hotel. Its proximity to the airport and a nearby marina makes it very convenient for travelers. However, I had an unfortunate experience with the front desk staff. I mistakenly booked my departure a day later and requested an extension upon arrival. The staff assured me it wouldn’t be an issue, but the day before leaving, I spent over 30 minutes in confusion and stress because they couldn't seem to extend my stay as promised. It took several hours and the intervention of the general manager to finally secure a room, for which I am grateful. Despite the GM's efforts, the front desk’s handling of the situation was disappointing and could have been managed much better.

Amazing location and friendly staff. Love the atmosphere…straight from bed to the beach. Far more exciting surroundings than the other Denerau resort we stayed at.

could not sleep all 3 nights as the aircon was too noise and did complain the next day but was told that it’s normal. also only 1 key for 4 guest upon asking they said sorry they don’t have any more. limited parking. totally waste of time as came to fiji this time to relax but could not sleep at all. i made a video of noisey aircon if need be can send it. I do understand that things are not 100% and have to compromise but this was just was too much.

I enjoyed this property very much. The location was close to many things. The staff was very nice, helpful and all around pretty good. They had an airport shuttle, there were a number of dining options, a grocery store nearby. Both rooms I had were good. They even stored by bags when I traveled to a nearby island for a few days. I have no complaints. I hope to be back very soon!

We had a perfect holiday accommodation in a place that was full of activities and festivities- close to beach with nice holiday spaces, beach access. The staff there were really helpful and courteous, looking after us and helping with a smile. Staffs hospitality there was exceptional.loved our stay there and will happily come back. Kitchen was nice with full cooking facilities, bathrooms were clean and beds very comfortable- views were almost unreal

Staff were super nice. We stayed 1.5 days before flying home. Fine enough but noted bugs in the kitchenette, no hair dryer and re rooftop restaurant was dirty and terrible food.

Great hotel with modern and clean facilities with rooms being in amazing condition with really nice views of the ocean and very friendly and accommodating staff. Abdunce of choices for eating: roof top restaurant and many restaurants/bars on the ground floor. 10/10 would highly recommend.
