A classic historic hotel in Cochabamba. Only spent one night but enjoyed its atmosphere. Great breakfast and clean rooms. The satisfaction killer was that the AC did not work in the room and it was very warm that night.

Went on vacation with a total number of four people and I can say the service staff were exceptional excellent and always very helpful and always asking if we needed something. For the service people from the doorman, bellboy, mades and runners they are a 10 on my book! Now the front desk folks I can say a 9 as just one bad apple made my experience a little sour, but the remaining front desk staff were excellent!! The building was beautiful, the pool excellent shape, overall cleanliness on the common areas, it’s located in a GREAT area and I can give 10 points! Now the room, I expected a little more for what I was paying for, in overall a 7, the AC unit wasn’t working properly, no iron, no coffee maker, the fridge not working properly, the WIFI would go in and out and the bathroom cleanliness 👎 specifically on the shower area and finally I had to call every day for toilet paper 😔. I had another friend staying in another room and that room AC was working very well but had the same other issues as the one on my room. In general a great hotel!

Rooms are a little outdated, but hotel was OK. Some staff was very friendly (baggage handler and Bar tender), others, not that friendly... but I guess I survived. It is the best hotel in the city, so I guess you have no other options.

Loved the breakfast buffet area and the view to the courtyard. The staff was very nice and attentive. It was wonderful to have filtered water in the front lobby as well.

Best hotel in the city of Cochabamba, very nice staff friendly and accommodating to the needs of its guests. Property location was great, close to shopping areas and restaurants. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cochabamba.

It is a hotel that has more of a resort feel. Very large pool at the center of the rooms. It gives the relaxing impression of being in a church's cloister.

Check-In and check-out were both quick, easy, and efficient. The staff was friendly, courteous, and, helpful. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast schedule was convenient. The hotel is located in a good neighborhood, with plenty of fine restaurants nearby.
