Was unable to get ahold of the manager when the toilet would not flush and the shower backed up with sewer water. The bed was comfy but there was dust everywhere. Theres a power shortage in the wall plug ins. It only powers the coffee machine at certain times. Which is extremely annoying.There is also no fan in the bathroom. Which gives reason why the bathroom ceiling is falling apart from the moisture of the shower being on from guests. All the towels in the bathrooms

Upon arrival for checking in, we arrived at the lobby as instructed; There was a paper posted saying to head to the bar inorder to get a hold of a staff member. However, when we arrived to the bar next-door, the only person inside was a patron in the lounge, there was no staff inside. We looked around the bar (staff rooms and bathrooms. Eventually the patron noticed that we were looking around confused and offered us a hand. He suggested we head out to the back door to see if they were all out there. They were so we asked if we could check in the process with me and the rest of the state was great

The internet was very weak and didnt work

Walls, fridge, & floorboards dirty. No hand towels, face clothes or cups in room ($20.00 charge on credit card, as they say I took them). Coffee station hidden.

It was a good stay, and the location served me good though a little noise because of the nearby rail track

However, I had asked the front desk agent if expedia was charging me and he said no I must pay there so I did as I felt on the spot because we needed this room. I was charged by expedia and they wont return my calls to refund me. I was double charged for one night at this motel.

The rooms are in a separate building from the check in, the areas is sketchy, couldn't get wi fi, but room was clean and bed was comfortable, just needed a bed and a shower so it was fine for the price, but would no recommend for families or couples on pleasure trip.

We had to find alternate accomodations. The clerk could not find our reservation and there were no rooms available even though we had a confirmation.

Room was clean and neat - newly renovated. Although it was a No Smoking room, the smell of smoke lingered on the bedding. Also, the door needs weather-stripping; there was a pretty cold draft coming in! Otherwise, our stay was good.

It was all I needed for a quick stay overnight before the next leg on my journey. The price was right. It was clean.

The room was clean and came with microwave and fridge. The lobby is a little inconvenient as it is in the next building and has limited hours. The walls are pretty thin, but fortunately the neighbors were quiet.
