This is by far the best experience I’ve ever ever had in a hotel stay. The staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were very clean. Service was top notch. Five star all the way. The metro stop was riding in front of the hotel and location was exactly where we needed it to be

Most comfy bed with thoughtful details. Good tea with milk and sugar in room. Highest quality kettle is bonus number one to traveller who only drinks hot beverage. Will stay again, metro in front door.

The staff at this property were so kind! We got a free room upgrade with a much better view of the city. We were given a little gift at the end of our stay, to show us their appreciation for being their guests. The property is very white, hence the name. We scootered a lot, but the subway station was also right outside the property so it made it super simple to get around. The pool is nice, not as big as we imagined but the water is freezing - could do with some heating but lovely stay otherwise.

Great location and a special mention to the lady in the morning breakfast…sorry we can’t recall her name… She told us she used to work in broadcasting. Also, the front desk staff was helpful for dinner reservations. The subway was conveniently right at the doorstep. Would absolutely tecommend

Staff were very helpful & accomodating. Great breakfast in the morning & water/snacks in room daily. Rooms were quite confortable despite outside heat, a/c worked well. They even had a call alarm in shower if needed.

I loved the location of this hotel. Easy access to metro, Versailles Bakery, and steps from Atrium Saldanha with great shopping options.
The only negative points are: most international flights arrive and leave in the AM so, guests normally have to check out early. However early check in is not offered;
the pool area is small and there's no beverage or food service available at the pool.
The staff is extremely polite and efficient. Kudos for Gonzalo (I hope I got his name right) for going above and beyond to help me with a issue with my luggage.

Really attractive, modern hotel in the Saldana district with convenient Metro access.
Our request for a quiet room was adhered to and it was comfortable and had every amenity we could want. The lovely rooftop pool area is small but a great asset for a city visit.
The staff were really pleasant and helpful, particularly Susanna who went out of her way to advise on places to see and local history.
Would definitely return.

Rooftop area with swimming pool with good potential but not developed properly (chairs in disarray)

Very classy hotel. In a good location with the metro station right outside the door. Uber to Chiado and airport is inexpensive. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Liked the bottle of water and chocolate truffles in our room each night. Great pastry shop a few steps away. I definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed for 5 nights, It a nice hotel to stay for that time, and would recommend for anyone to stay there. Very quiet, bed was comfy, got clean towels everyday but the daily house keeping needs improvement. I would’ve gave it a 5 stars if it wasn’t for the house keeping

We enjoyed the service at the desk and all the final touches that they do in our room, also the subway is 10 meters away and we were able to go anywhere and Lisbon. The only if would be the breakfast menu does not change although very good.

My friend and I loved our room— first time having a two floor suite! Why it’s not a perfect rating then? There was a very strong sewage and/or mold smell coming from the far corner (the other side of the shower) of the room— by the TV. It would get really bad at night for some reason that it woke me from my sleep— I thought it was a gas leak at one point. I highly recommend either getting the pipes and/or the floor checked— maybe water is leaking— or see if a ventilation system can be placed in the shower; noticed there wasn’t any place for the steam in the bathroom to go.

The location is excellent, right next to the metro station. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and they are all very good.
The hotel staff are so helpful and friendly. We stayed in a standard room which wasn’t very big, but good enough for us as we were out sightseeing most of the time. Shower was good and beds were comfy. We fully enjoyed our stay.

Room was clean and tidy. Bed was comfy. Staffs were superb. They were all welcoming, very attentive, and always tried to meet the requirements. The only thing that can be improved was bathroom; the water pressure for shower was a bit low and drain for basin was slow.

Perfectly clean, tastefully decorated, budget hotel in a good location in Lisbon. Metro just outside, plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. Attentive and friendly staff, the little surprise at checkout was a nice touch to end the stay. We will definitely recommend and be back next time !
