Hotel was very nice. Mostly clean. Found a weird hair on the body wash in the shower my first time in it so I know it was NOT mine. Gross. The one thing that needs improved is the elevators. There are only two and they are kinda small. It is a 5 floor hotel so lots of people coming and going so sometimes you have to wait a bit.

The staff was great and loved u had everything u would need available!

Loved the way the suite was set up. My daughter had her space and I had mine. Very nice! Pool area was fabulous as well! It wasn’t crowded so we had plenty of room.

We continue to go back to this property monthly and LOVE it

This facility needs to be updated and cleaned. The air conditioner in my first room was broken. I spent a very uncomfortable night of no sleep due to no other rooms being available. I asked for a fan, but none was ever delivered. It was August in Florida. I was served chicken and found a bone in it. No compensation yet from Marriot.

Close walk to beach, restaurant was good, and staff was friendly. We didn’t like the price of food and drinks. Very expensive. Shower had mold. Low water pressure. Room needs up dating and the TV didn’t work properly had to call maintenance. Air conditioning didn’t work well, Very muggy feeling.

Clean, great views, location, family friendly

I had a terrible experience, booked a room with a view to the beach and a king bed, they gave me a two twin bed for my honeymoon, and simply said there was no room available, tried to book an extra night and the lady, called Aby, was super unprofessional , not friendly at all and didn’t wish to attend my expectation on my trip. I had a horrible experience in this hotel, do not recommend at all, I have been in so many Marriott’s around a the country, but this one was the worse experience ever.

My family and I have been returning to the same hotel for the past few years. In fewer words, we love it and love how close the beach is. 10/10 recommend for families with younger kiddos or older adults that are wanting to sit back and relax.

Our second stay here, very relaxing but pricey. I may consider other options in the future.

We love the hotel Big pool and the beach

The best thing about this hotel is the location. Wonderful access to the beach and the pool is phenomenal. We LOVED the pool. The food options aren’t the best at the hotel and our milkshakes at the ice cream shop were just straight milk, save your money. But there are plenty of delicious options nearby in town. Our room was less than optimal, however. Our first room smelled so strong of mildew we were moved. The second room still had a faint mildew odor but not as bad. There was visible mildew on the walls under where people clearly hang their wet towels/bathing suits. There are also no fans in the bathrooms which doesn’t help. The friendliness of the staff wasn’t the best, but could have been worse. I did leave something behind in the room which I believe was thrown away. I’m sure if whoever found it had investigated properly they would have found the very expensive item inside and would not have thrown it away. It seems though that may be what happened, so I’m quite upset about that. Ultimately, it is my fault for accidentally leaving it behind, so be sure to triple check every nook and cranny before you leave this hotel because you’re likely to never get back what you leave!

The price is nuts for the room. The location is great so they can demand crazy prices for okay rooms.

Loved the beach location, easy and family friendly

Went to pull sofa bed in the room out and discovered filth but worse of all MOLD! The staff nor manager apologized nor tried to help accommodate my family. We checked out at 11pm and had to good look for a hotel. I got to witness how the staff went out of their way to help ppl of a certain race. I witnessed how the check in employee helped two ladies get a room with a view and all because their room wasn’t available. Wouldn’t work with me to reverse the pre authorization of the almost $1500. I had to get my bank involved, get the money refunded before we travel back to our home town. 10 hrs away. The manager never called me. NEVER AGAIN.

We really liked the friendly atmosphere of all of the staff. The pool was magical.

Hotel was very nice. Pool was great and bar. Ice cream place was very reasonable. Walkway to the beach gets blistering hot so make sure to take your shoes. Handicapped room was very musty smelling. Had a few issues with the AC due to balcony door not closing properly.
