I booked through your website and the hotel had trouble finding the reservation. We were traveling with a group of kids. I had booked 4 rooms all under my name paid for by me, but had listed the names with the adult sponsor for each room. They tried to tell me that I did not have 4 rooms. I showed the confirmation email with proof of payment. There should be a way to find who the room was booked under easier instead of immediately
stating that I "don't have" said rooms reserved.

Check in was fairly easy, especially since we arrived late in the evening. The hotel was clean but it is old and they really need to update some things. The carpet was ragged, walls had nicks and need to be repainted. I had higher expectations, especially since the railing was 8.0 or above.

Very friendly. The lobby was nice. The room definitely needed some attention. Clean, comfortable except not great pillow choices. One chair looked nice, but was borderline dangerous to lean back in. (Broken) Broken parts of tile on wall, and trim on furniture. Loose bathtub fixtures and with rusty drain. Got to expect less when you pay less. Would it have been worth $50/night more to stay somewhere else? Maybe.

My bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the variety of pillows. The AC was efficient. Nice large TV. Breakfast was great—it was nice to have proteins (eggs and sausage) along with the waffles, cereals, breads, and oatmeal. I also appreciated the coffee and ice water station near the front desk.

It is an amazing place to stay. Just wish we would have known the pool was not working our whole trip which was part of why we chose this location.

The male front desk clerk on August 2nd afternoon was rude and seemed high and confused. Couldn't speak up and said nothing, the cleaning ladies behind the desk had beer cans in the trash bags coming from the back and their scrubs were all dirty. In the rooms the sheets didnt smell clean.

Staff extremely welcoming. Bed, bedding, towels all clean and white. Carpet & bathroom would have benefited from a deep clean. For one night it was absolutely fine. We left early and it was nice that breakfast was ready at 6 am.

The shower is gross!
The check-in staff was unprofessional: on phone, no greeting, instead his eyes on computer saying “name”. No hello. No eye contact. Then hi said “I’m sick” as he finally pulled his mask up to his face. Stay home!!!!

The room was terrible dirty. Not enough towels for our family. Pool area was gross. Bathroom in the room was disgusting. Trash and food in the carpet from previous renters

Be careful of bed frames that come out to far from box spring. I alerted staff that they were too far out and hurt my leg on one.

Everything went great! They were able to get me in a room early and it was very clean. Breakfast was always amazing and fresh! Biggest downfall was the elevator kept going everywhere but where I needed. Ended up taking the stairs most of my visit.

Everything was nice and clean. The pool was not busy at all so we practically got it to ourselves. Felt pretty safe there. Breakfast was really good in the morning. They are on top of it. Good job.

The lobby area was adorable....all decorated for Easter! I loved it and it was very clean. Also, there was an area you could go and get some ice water with lemon in it in a very nice container. The room as large w/ a sofa/setting area. The bed was so comfortable! The only moment of a slight dissatisfaction was when I got there to check in I had to wait quite some time for a staff member to show up but when she did she was very pleasant and it was a quick check in. will stay again!

The people were great. The hotel was outdated. The room had a old cups beneath the beds and sofa bed, a walmart bag behind the TV and a old drycleaning hanger in the bathroom. The curtains and bed decor was soiled, the tv remote was missing the back cover, the bath room had hair, lint and dust through out and down around the toilet was urine. Dont be fooled, i think managment created the excellent rating. The food at breakfast was fine.

Had maintenance issues in the restroom. The parking lot had a large group of people blasting music and drinking. Lobby had people drinking large quantities of alcohol. Fire alarms went off in the middle of the night. Was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Will never ever stay at this brand hotel again.
