This was a really great place to stay. Very nice room, excellent housekeeping, and very professional staff. Very good coffee and amenities in the room as well. Convenient location too.

I arrived at 11pm and asked at reception if there were any foods available nearby. The answer was a definite NO and pointed to convenient store only. When I went outside there are actually a few available and I manage to have a good bowl of noodles.

Hotel is located right above the Nagoya station so traveling was extremely convenient, everything is in walkable distance. Room is a little small but very comfortable! Overall super recommend and would come back for my next visit!

The staffs are very friendly. Our bullet train was delayed for an hour due to heavy rain, they allowed us to stay in the lobby while waiting for the train.

Brand new property, stunning lobby, new rooms, very comfortable bed, all amenities in bathroom and room. Very nice lightning. On top of Nagoya station, couldn't be more convenient. Nice restaurant I. The hotel, and about 20 other options 1/2 floors below in the same building. Only downside is the bedroom is on the small side (very common in Japan, just be mindful).

The location is perfect, good security, convenient store downstairs opens from 7am to 10pm offers good food selection and also gift. The breakfast at cooperated restaurant is also nice, covering japanese and western food. The water pressure is high and water is hot enough for a nice shower or bath However the noise from rail below the building is noticeable. I am a light sleeper so I must use earplug for noise proof. A recommendation, if the concierge can help sending out postcard would be prefect. A very disappointing experience was that, we asked for an extra blanket (so me and my friend need not to share one) but they could not give us a soft white fluffy one but a heavy wool which disturbingly scratched my skin. Despite of this, the hotel is fair and I still recommend it.

This is my first time in Nagoya, and this hotel provided an excellent experience. The location is fantastic with restaurants, shops, and train stations just downstairs. The service is nice and the rooms are comfortable. Although I didn’t get a chance to try the buffet breakfast, I did have lunch here and it was delicious. Everything was great. If the laundry service for families on long stays could be enhanced, it would be even better than perfect.

Good service and very helpful! My son had fever and the staff help us to arrange a medical consultation which was the time visiting doctor oversea!
