Rooms were clean and bedding comfortable but overall the furnishings and fixtures show significant wear. Stairs to second floor were narrow, steep and hard to negotiate. Overall it felt overpriced.

The Inn is very close to downtown shopping and dinning. It was easy to find and easy parking. It was also very quiet. The interior was charming. The innkeeper was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was very nice. The only issues we had were my husband and I did not sleep very well. It was too warm in the room, and the bed was a little too firm. It also didn't help that the landscaping crew was right outside our window at 7am. But, other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

Over all it was a nice place but it was not as clean as I would expect. The staff were very friendly and the other guests were gracious.

The room was spacious. Bed comfortable. Very good breakfast. Also complimentary coffee, soft drinks and water.
Close to St Michael’s but u need to drive to town. They have bikes available which could be used.

Nice B&B comfortable, breakfast was great each morning staff very helpful. Place is off the beaten path but very quiet and easy to get to town either by bike or car. Would stay there again next visit

The inn needs an exterminator and cleaning crew to freshen up the property. Ants in the bathroom, spider webs in the common areas, and clutter around the outdoor patio and pool area. The landscaping is lovely but the property feels tired. Thankfully the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious.

Property was in poor repair. Had to change room as sink was blocked. Video equipment in second room did not work and that sink was cracked. Given price expected plush rooms, great breakfast and cleanliness beyond reproach. Did not get that. Host was helpful and attentive but clearly needed more staff to support guests.

It definitely felt like you were staying in someone’s home, (which isn’t bad). We had the #3 room king with jacuzzi. The bed was really comfortable and sheets were super soft. The room was spacious and cozy. Jacuzzi tub was a nice bonus and so was the fireplace on a cold/rainy weekend. Robes were nice too. I skipped a shower because I hadn’t brought shampoo/conditioner so that would have been a nice touch. Breakfast was half a Belgian waffle, bacon and pineapple. Yummy but a little light. The coffee station, peppermint patties and stocked mini fridge were nice touches. It was an easy walk into turn for a latte in the morning. We are at Limoncello which was wonderful! Pool and hot tub looked nice but we were there in Feb.

Will was a great host. The breakfast on both mornings was fantastic. The property could use some TLC, deep cleaning, some painting. Nice pool on a hot day. Very close to the Talbot St where everything happens.

The coffee bar needs clean spoons, fresh honey for tea, and better quality coffee pods for the Keurig machine. Decluttering thé interior and getting rid of fake flowers everywhere would improve the experience.

I loved the location, the room and the gardens, and the genuine graciousness of the Innkeepers. Also, the fellow guests were really enjoyable breakfast companions. Food was great too!

Excellent B&B with a pool! the pool was clutch because we were there probably on the hottest days of the year so going in after a long day of walking around was nice. Used the pool until 10pm. Food was good, room was clean, people were nice. What else could you ask for. The only thing I noticed (and it wasn't a big deal) was the mirror in the room was too low on the wall (I'm 5'8 and still had to bend a little) and there was only one mirror so if you're in a hurry getting ready with your spouse it could be annoying. But this is a very small detail on what was a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this place.

The Staff was friendly & helpful. The facility had tremendous potential, but needs a full make over. The gardens were beautiful, pool just lovely, but the common area of the building needed work. It could be so much more. The breakfast was fine.

St. Michaels is definitely a warm weather town to visit, our weather was cloudy and cold...as they say...nothing you can do about the weather. So we made the most of it, visited the stores that were open, The Booze Factory(Brett is an amazing young man), great eateries like Awful Arthurs and Chesapeake Landing...yum!! George Brook House has amazing history, and brimming with a family of young children. Please meet the pastry chef Trish. We had use of the whole house.

Great place to stay near downtown St. Michaels. Totally renovated house with interesting history shown on HGTV.. We would definitely stay there again when in area.

We had eggs Benedict for breakfast and French Toast the second morning. Quite a history was told about this beautifully told story of George Brooks
