No paper towels or wash cloths in kitchen

We love the place, proximity to town and being on the water.

Resturant was excellent. Shuttle was a great convenience.

Town and Hotel are nice. Friendly staff and very convenient to town.

Newer redine room was great. They need to fix some light switches and put in a light in the makeup area. Overall not an issue as the room is completely redone.

right on the harbor with private balconies. They have an oyster buffet on Fridays. Easily walk or take a van to town.

St Michaels is a lovely place to visit

room was small, the only comfortable chair to read had no table or anywhere else to put a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.

the location was amazing. well kept and so many thoughtful amenities. too many to mention. we absolutely love how guests are made to feel like family. Nancy is an absolute pleasure and we love that her sole purpose there is to mingle with guest and make them feel welcome

It is a perfect location to the shopping and restaurants. Easy parking and easy check in and out. Very clean and staff very accommodating. View is amazing.

Bed was too soft. We have back issues so just may be too soft for us. They no longer offer free breakfast which they did on past visits. Bar had only one beer on tap.
