The location was perfect. Rooms are comfortable and clean. I would definitely rebook a stay here when I return to san Cristobal.

Excelente limpieza y atención del personal! Lo único malo es el staff del restaurante que no toman bien las indicaciones sobre la comida pedida y aparte por pedir un poco de mermelada para juntar al pan te lo cobran como extra.

The hotel excelent. About Yours Hotel .com really bad for those reazons: when arrive to hotel show the rate was cheaper than the price than got with yours . Moreover only gived my number of credit card to yours because to reservation it is necesary always I use cash , but someone of your emploeyes tried to make a charge to my card for 68 Dlls thanks to my bank than did call me to advisorme to me on time ,¡I repit only to yours Hotel .com gived the number of credit card! Your personal is not trustly

The internet connection is not good inside the rooms

Great location, adequate hotel. Kinda rough around the edges, like heading into disrepair. But a decent inexpensive hotel in a great central location on a wonderful pedestrian street very close to the center. Nice hot shower. Thin walls.

I had two very different experiences at this hotel within one weekend. The first two nights, I stayed in a lovely big clean room with a great TV and a nice hot shower. It was quiet and spacious. I had to unexpectedly stay an extra night in San Cris, and they switched me to a different room. It was on the third floor, had one hard matrimonial bed (just a mattress on boards), and the TV was only in black and white and had fewer channels than the previous room. The toilet was in the same room as the shower, so showering meant splashing water on the bathroom floor and toilet. And it was FREEZING at night! So I would recommend this hotel for the first experience but not the second. Additionally, I didnt find out until I arrived that they dont accept credit cards, so I had to pay in cash upfront on the first night. They didnt give me a receipt until I specifically asked for it, and then it was a chore.

Room was small with no table or chair. But for one person that was no problem as I used the 2nd bed as a table to spread my stuff out. Hot water shower appreciated in the cool evening climate of San Cristobal.

I enjoyed my time there...the only thing I didnt enjoy was the echoing that the hotel can carry; it exaggerates the noise outside the room and can be very annoying. Otherwise it was good.
