It's just on top of the Sendai Station, which is very convenient to travel around. The room is clean and modern, with a large shower booth and bathroom. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Amazing stay for our 3 nights in Sendai! Loved the hospitality and proximity to the train station. My boyfriend and I hopped off a 11-hr flight and took the shinkansen straight to Sendai, so it was really nice to have the hotel so close and check-in to be so seamless. We also had an amazing view of the city.

Our 2nd time stay, location is our top priority. Easy access to trains, shopping, & restaurants. We have a double w/a queen bed & a small sitting area where to put luggage. Modern design bathroom w/separate shower & tub.

Located on the east end of Sendai Station, this hotel was super convenient. There is lots of shopping and dining options near by and the big shopping district is only about a 15 minute walk away.
Staff was friendly!
My only issue is the included breakfast didn’t have a lot of options for vegetarians/vegans. And allergy labels didn’t include fish/shell fish as the miso soup had mussels in it but didn’t show the allergy indicator.

Everything is perfect especially the location!!!!
However this 5 start rating excludes the breakfast…it costs 3000JPY, food is good and fresh but compare to other luxury hotels/onsen resort buffet this breakfast is not as stunning as its price. I think the selling point of the breakfast is quite some dishes are using food from Sendai /Miyagi. The inner sitting area of the breakfast restaurant has a poor ventilation and the air smelled dead.

Great bathroom setup. The wet room (shower in room plus tub) was spa like. The separate Japanese toilet was great.
Good location
The only real issues we had were that the room itself was very narrow without much storage. Also the Japanese TV only had one channel (CNN) for English speakers and not the usual selection of movies and such Americans expect.

It’s situated right next to Sandai JR. Easy access to any public transit. It’s also easy access many restaurants and shops around. The room is clean and quiet. Space is reasonable. I got everything I need in the room.

It's right on top of the train station and the hotel is maintained extremely well. I'll stay in this hotel again if I've to come back to Sendai again

This hotel is up there with Marriott and Hyat 5 star hotels but more affordable. Because this hotel is attached to Sendai Train Staton, a complex of shopping and restaurants, it is so convenient, They have plenty of escalators for those with big luggage, The JR train Service center can make your train tickets for you so don’t stress. Very clean big hotel rooms with safes and floor access with card key, Only $80 a night during February, High season it will go up but still cheaper than a $250 a night 5 star hotel. I highly recommend this hotel, :-)

As someone who loves convenience, it doesn't get any better than this. The hotel is literally on top of the train station (but you can't hear the trains). It is attached to a shopping center with so many restaurants and shops-- you could literally never leave if you didn't want to. The room was modern and spotless. The staff were so friendly. There is a lounge with beverages and a nice view at night. I loved the shower space and all the amenities. I would 100% recommend this place.
