Terribly slow service at check in desk...need help there for sure.. Rooms do not jive with what you are booking on website.. Really cheap nasty patio furniture on balcony. Disposable everything...no glasses, no plates, no cutlery EVERYTHING at buffet and bar was disposable...REALLY tacky and NOT eco friendly... Overall experience very disappointing!

Loved that hotel is beach front. They have a nice pool area patio and pool. The breakfast was very good. Loved the balcony. They were very nice to our service dog too! They waived the pet fees for those that were there because of hurricane Milton.,

We evacuated for the hurricane and had to bring our two dogs with us. The room was big enough to allow my two dogs and four kids space to move around. The beach and pool were perfect to keep the kids busy and the breakfast was great.

Beautiful hotel with a wonderful beach. Everything was very clean and a nice variety for breakfast. Staff is less than friendly, and you almost feel like a burden to them. Overall a great place to stay though

The hotel was nice, room was slightly dated, but still nice and especially for the price. The staff was VERY friendly, always willing to help There was a GREAT breakfast every morning and you can't beat the location!

Our favorite place to stay at it is perfect! We have thought about booking elsewhere at another hotel but we just keep coming back to this hotel! It is walking distance to some bars/restaurant. There is a parking fee, parking is located right next to Diego’s bar/grill amongst others like shmucks. It is pet friendly with an obvious fee. But our favorite is just the ease to getting to the beach area, we are a family of four with a stroller wagon and let me tell you they make it easier with their ramp. I have asked for other things and they never hesitate to help. Shout out to NAN she is great.

We had an incredible experience here! It was our honeymoon trip and Nan really took care of us. Clean rooms and lounge, friendly and courteous staff, excellent breakfast!

Hotel was nice, pool and beach were nice. Room was clean. When I checked in the lady at the front desk was nice and helpful, however when I went down one evening to get a new key the lady at the front desk was not as hospitable.

We walked every night to Pier Park along the beach side. It was lovely. We were pleasantly surprised how nice the beach and surrounding area was. The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. Very quiet.

It was great when we arrived. But as we got to our room we noticed a fart like odor, mold annd hair was on the walls of the bathroom and we noticed the floor was damp in the morning. As we were leaving the front desk attendant Cameal was a little rude when we ask the price of a beach toy set.

We loved our stay at this Hampton Inn - the room was clean and comfortable. We really liked that it is on the beach and has a restaurant there. The only thing wrong was that the foot washing stations weren't working, only the showers at the top. Otherwise it was a great stay.

We had a nice and peaceful stay. The staff was really nice and the bartenders made great drinks. The beach access was great.

Quiet

We really like our stay,. The breakfast was amazing. It was quiet and close to everything. Parling is a but much at $20 a day but at least.we.felt.our vehicle was safe. What I really disliked is that the property. is "pet friendly" but has absolutely no pet friendly areas on the property to include the beach. Basically, your pet can stay in the room, and that's it. If you want to take your pet to the beach you have to drive to pier park, defeats the purpose of ensuring you have a pet friendly hotel ON the beach if the pets are even welcomed on the beach, out on the pool deck or really any area with you.

We asked for towels and were told that they were in the dryer but house keeper went a got them for us, she was really nice and helpful.

Had an excellent stay!

It was very inviting from the moment you walk in the front door. The pool and deck offered a great view of the beach. Not having an exhaust fan in the bathroom of our room was a little inconvenient but not a deal breaker.

Nice and clean comfortable

We were in room 325 which was right next to a construction site so the noise from that and the music kept on all night at the pool was unpleasant. They never told us we would have to request clean towels each day because they only clean the room every 3 days. Would have been nice to know that. The floor on 3rd floor were very dirty and looked like it had not been vacuumed in a. Wry long time

We loved our stay at the PCB Hampton Inn. The self check-in, checkout and the remote room key were awesome features.

Good location,beach view,hotel was pretty clean and breakfast was awesome.

The door was very heavy to open and the room and the hallway could use an upgrade. The housekeeping needs better work as well. The room was not clean. Live the location and breakfast was good!

The parking was convenient and the crosswalk was easy to come to our room. Easy beach access. Washer and dryer are available but bring quarters $2 each to use. Breakfast was good! Will come back!

The property was very well kept, the staff was qualified and knowledgeable about their job and there was staff on duty 24 hours
