The staff was amazing. Our reservation date got messed up and we were marked as a no sow for the previous day. But our reservation was wrong and the staff worked until they got my refund and got us into a room for the correct day!

The location

The beds were like sleeping on concrete, the first room they they gave us had hair all in the bathroom and all in the beds.

The ocean was right at the hotel.

Check in is way to late. 6pm and we went at 5 early and had to wait until 7pm. There was a long line and not worth the money I spent extra for bay side and didn't get a balcony. Disappointed. Beds were okay. The sink had paint splashes.

Check in wasn't until six, they said it could be even later before our room was ready. When we finally got our room, it was dirty. Macaroni and sand on the floor. Beds were so hard and when I made reservations I was shown a one bedroom, a kitchen, walk out balcony with an ocean view. The room was a hotel room with a window on ocean side.

I was expecting a not so luxury of a room. When we walked into the room we were stunned. It was perfect. We got to bring our dogs, the price was perfect, the beds were comfortable. The view was fantastic. Just a stones throw to the beach. The pool was clean and comfortable. We loved our stay. We will make this place our yearly place to go to.

There was really none thing we could say we didn't like. It was good.

There were plenty of clean white towels

The room wasn't properly cleaned. There were strands of hair on the linen, bath tub, & floor. I had to clean the tub and the bathroom door. The TV was fuzzy. Maintenance couldn't fix it. The beds were low. The bottom bathroom door was warped. The top bathroom walls had rust & mold stains. I killed a roach on the wall

The phone did work shower no hot water no cable tv the phone wasn't a big deal we have cells n they did swap out room the next evening however the phone didn't work in there either it was a exhausting trip moving luggage n walking down to make our complaints we didn't get offered nothing for our miserable trip n would not recommend this place

Location and facilities are excellent. Room was comfortable, clean, and veiw incredible.

A bit crowded with spring breakers. Pool area could use showers to spray off sand from the beach. Also a runner from boardwalk to the packed sand on the beach would be helpful.

1 elevator didn't work, n the other was slow n bounced.

only 2 elevators. 1 was slow and the other was broken. the parking lot was always full and parking wasn’t available. i circled the parking lot for over a half hour looking and waiting for a parking space. the day we checked out, we found where a rat had chewed into a loaf of bread in our room.

Not one single thing.

Staff was rude. Our room ended up flooding in the bathroom from leakage from the ceiling. It was late, our four kids including our infant were already asleep and it was a 3 HOUR process! No parking after we were moved, and were told we couldn't be refunded because the room they "had to accommodate us with was more than we paid for our actual room"

Location, easy to get to.

The whole facility is old and run down. It is by far the nastiest facility I have ever stayed at. I was there for three nights and four days and not once was my trash taken out of my room or fresh towels placed in my room. The doors are so hard to close you practically had to slam them a couple of times to get them closed. Again, it is very run down and just nasty. The beds were horrible. No ice available on any floor, you had to walk a long way to main lobby and purchase for $6! Unbelievable! The place needs to be condemned.

I booked a room with a view and received a view of the parking lot and when I said something about it I was told I was wrong by the front desk even though it clearly said different on my phone

The room was filthy. There was sand in the bedding, tangles of hair on the bathroom floor before we even used. It was disgusting 🤮. Front desk staff was nice and accommodating but the hotel room itself was horrendous

they double charged me and it took 2 days to get that sorted out. they claimed we would get new towels, toilet paper, & trash removal every day of our stay, but we got none of that. when we went to the front desk to ask for towels and toilet paper, they said no and explained that it had been needed to be requested in the morning before 9 am. our towels were quickly used up to clean a leakage from the room above. the leak was not fixed nor addressed during our stay. there was clear evidence that it was a recurring issue as there was a literal whole in the bathroom ceiling that had been filled with paper towels. the futon bed was noticeably dirty on one side and no sheets nor pillows were provided for the futon.
