I was in a taxi getting there and there was just no way to find it. The directions were terrible. It cost me $15 just to keep circling it. I finally found it and the door was broken. Someone motioned me around to an unmarked garage. I needed to leave a day early but the person I called said it wasn't possible.

The property is advertised as a “condo-style hotel,” which led me to believe we would have the convenience and ease typically associated with a hotel stay. However, this turned out to be a completely different experience.
First, the location information provided on Hotels.com was inaccurate. Kasa operates multiple buildings, but this critical detail wasn’t made clear on the listing. We ended up parking at the wrong building because the address provided by Hotels.com didn’t match the specific instructions sent by Kasa after we checked in online. The initial misdirection and lack of clarity caused us significant inconvenience, and we had to navigate unfamiliar surroundings with our luggage to locate the actual building.
Even after arriving at the correct building, the check-in process was unnecessarily complicated. With no on-site staff and no clear instructions, it took us nearly an hour to find and access our room. Standing outside, carrying our bags, and trying to decipher the instructions was frustrating and anything but the “convenient, fast, and easy” experience I had expected.
The restrooms were dirty and the rest of the apartment looked like it was not cleaned properly.
Overall, I feel that Kasa’s listing on Hotels.com is misleading, and I would not recommend this property to anyone

I enjoyed my stay at the Kasa on second in Austin this last weekend. We went for a family trip and the rooms for spacious, clean and there was plenty enough room for us all. The area around the building had lots of dining options and the parking was convenient .The communication up to the stay was good.

Wonderful location a block and an half away from The Moody Theatre, and parking accommodations make it very convenient.

Modern and safe apartment! Several safety features throughout the building to ensure only residents and guests have access to the residential area. The location is perfect with several restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping in the area. Would recommend this place to all visiting Austin!

This hotel is near Colorado river, which means its a good place to take a walk and enjoy nature. I loved the safe neighborhood and easy parking. If you want to feel the charm of Austin, I'd like to recommand this hotel!

the view was excellent, you could see the river and the city, you could go running around the river just two blocks down, and a lot of choices for dining places walking distance. The room very nice, had everything you need, everything clean, comfortable bed, big kitchen and super nice balcony area.

Big kitchen with everything you need if you want to cook plus a wine refrigerator. (The only downside was the missing cork screw.) Lots of towels and shower necessities. Plus towels for use by the pool.
Beds were very comfortable and the pull out sofa bed was decent. Highly recommend

It was a good place to stay, but the initial access to the building was convoluted. In addition, we had a remote for the tv that didn't work and was physically broken.

Good area, nice place. It was a 1 bedroom unit on the 16th floor, owned by Kasa in a building with other units owned by other entities. Reasonable price. Building key cards failed after one day but we were given a code to use instead. The key card is also necessary for the elevator but we got by with other people using the elevator. Nice that they left some dish soap and a new sponge and a few doses of soap for the dishwasher and clothes washer, plenty of TP and paper towels. Enough towels but only one washcloth.

If you don’t drive to the facility and do not have to deal with the difficulties in figuring out the parking it is a good place to stay.

The stocking left much to be desired. We were only given large soup spoons, no regular ones. We had pots but no pans, and the bathroom had enough towels but only one wash rag. Two light bulbs in the bedroom were out. We were woken up at 8am the morning of checkout by a maintenance man entering the apartment asking if we were checking out, had to tell him yes but it’s 8am, so go away! It felt so unsafe having someone just barge in while we were sleeping! The apartment, the view, and location were perfect but these other things would prevent us from staying again.

The location was great, walking distance to several restaurants. We had two bedrooms, a kitchen, family room, balcony, two large bathrooms and two big closets. The unit was very clean. The communication was great. Follow the instructions that they give you. We would definitely stay there again.

It’s so beautiful, make sure you read the link they send you where to park and how to get in I got lost for 20 minutes for not paying attention to the link and buy parking spot it’s not cheap but for three days I stayed I think it’s decent

Fantastic option. Floor-to-ceiling windows, beautiful view, clean, quiet, comfortable, and lots of space. Had an issue with a missing remote, and they responded quickly to remedy the situation. I hope to stay here again!
