We arrived well before check in time, but were offered coffee while we waited. Within 1/2 hour we were in our room. Lovely room, exceptional staff and delicious breakfast!

Decent enough hotel, staff was best part, super helpful. Room in nicely sized but AC isn’t strong at all at highest setting. Too hot overnight. No amenities beyond hand soap even in shower. But location is great, close to everything by walking. Breakfast is decent.

This hotel is conveniently located just on the edge of the historic district. It makes accessing the tourist areas very easy while providing a little quiet space to get away from the hustle and bustle. The breakfast was exceptional; room clean and spacious; and staff were top-notch.

This place is spectacular, it actually looks like the pictures(even better). The decor is very new and modern. The cleanliness is excellent, as well as the attention from all the staff.....the front desk, the morning/breakfast crew and the cleaning ladies were all amazing. I give this hotel the highest rating and recommend it without hesitation. Not to memtion is about 3-4 minutes from old town.

The staff were lively, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was nice.
The room, however, was too warm and the air conditioning didn’t seem to work. The elevator also wasn’t working and we had a room on the 4th floor with 3 sets of stairs between each floor.

Fabulous hotel, ideal location for the old town, Tivoli park, train/bus station, union experience. Brilliant breakfast, warm rooms, comfy beds and helpful staff. Will definitely recommend to anyone visiting Ljubljana!

Fabulous location, staff were amazing, couldn’t be more helpful and the breakfast was first class - rooms were very clean and made up daily, a good size, comfortable beds and the bathroom had a walk in shower - would highly recommend

We really enjoyed our time at this hotel. The breakfast was good, the room was a great size, and we are within walking distance of several great locations. The only issue we had is our room had a wet smell from time to time, we believe it came from the air conditioner.

I had a lovely time. The room was actually a lot bigger than I was expecting. Super clean, friendly and helpful staff, and super close to the bridges and other attractions. Parking was a bit confusing but the staff directed me to a few parking options!

Great spot to stay. Staff, especially Elama, are all excellent. Comfortable, clean and roomy. The location couldn’t be better and cooked to order eggs for breakfast is a very nice touch. Only negative is the elevator is slow if you need that each time. But stairs easy and close.

Good location and breakfast. Rooms were mostly good, we did have an issue with our shower which didn’t drain well, leaving water all over the floor. Hotel had an ironing room which was useful.

Centrally located with a good breakfast. Quite dated though it looks like they at least renovated the bathrooms.
Front desk staff is hit or miss. Sara was wonderful but the other lady was a bit rude and unhelpful. Also the AC is our room didn’t work however the AC is the kitchen area was able to compensate a bit at night. Also not stroller accessible with lots of stairs and a tiny elevator. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Great location within comfortable walking distance of the centre. Only drawback is remote parking but it’s easy to drop off bags beforehand. Staff were all pleasant and the breakfast was great!
