Old hotel though management have efforts to keep up. It location is perfect if your business is within the city. The rates is a bargain. I will recomend this place for a business trip.

A little bit noisy but on a good position the staff was good the lift dont give you a lot of time if it is full

The hotel was not the best for us. Our room was right next to the Main Street, so traffic noises and bright lights through the very skimpy curtains all night. We had cockroaches and ants in the bed. The staff are all lovely and helpful, but even as a budget hotel, I do expect and have experienced much better rooms elsewhere.

Great staff, clean, wonderful food in the restaurant.

Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. Quiet even though it is downtown. Good food in the restaurant. I would stay here again if back in the area. I would recommend to others. The only thing was the inconsistent internet in the room but that is minor with all things considered.

Generally ok. All the personnel are nice except for one who never smiles nor greet at all. But overall our stay is ok.

We were a group of missioners on a medical and humanitarian mission.We booked this hotel over others because it has an elevator.I am an 80 year old with a pace maker.It is very difficult to climb 4 flights of stairs.On the morning of our 2nd day the elevator went out of service.We had to use the stairs for the rest of our stay.We asked for some kind of discount for our suffering.Was told that because we booked on line,we did not qualify for any kind of compensation.I think this is very unfair and is the reason I am not giving this hotel the 4+ stars that they deserve. .

We stayed a night prior to catching an early ferry out of Bohol, and found the hotel and room good for that purpose. You get what you would expect in this price range in terms of room quality, but service was above the price range. We accidently booked the wrong night with a non-refundable price, before making a second booking the right night. The staff were helpful enough to give us credit in the restaurant and hotel shop corresponding to the value of the hotel's cut of our stay. The free shuttle to the pier worked well as well.

This hotel located on the main road feeding Tagbilarin is convenient ..thats all..hotel is in bad need of rehab..the pictures are complete fabrication..there are many choices in area less expensive and new..would recommend new hotel within walking distance of Gerry terminal from/to Cebu.

Very nice room. Good breakfast downstairs, and close to everything.

Comfortable for price and right in city basic comfort, staff polite café basic

Employees are friendly- everything is very convenient - Malls and grocery stores are near. Service at hotel was very good. Thank you so much.
