Amazing experience! This is our second time staying here and this is our go to hotel whenever we have business trips in Tokyo. The staff always go above and beyond and they are super friendly and nice. The room is clean and nice. The hotel location is fantastic. We had a lot of suitcases and asked the front desk for help. The lady there called the taxi for us brought all our bags out and loaded the taxi with the driver so quickly and efficiently. I wished I had asked her name so I could tell her manager about her going above and beyond for us. It truly made our stay there so enjoyable and convenient. We will definitely stay there again.

Not only was the hotel centrally located, it was clean, comfortable and well equipped for the 4 nights I stayed there. Although the staff didn’t speak much English , they went above and beyond to make sure all of my inquiries were taken care of. I’ll definitely stay here during my next visit to Tokyo and I’ll recommend anyone wanting to visit Tokyo to stay here as well. Again, the front of house (reception) staff was great.

Loved our stay here. Walking distance to train station, restaurants, shopping, laundromat, etc. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is modern and very clean, comfortable bed if you like a firm mattress.

We had a very good stay, the hotel is located in nice area and rooms were surprisingly spacious. Sadly we couldn’t check in early (unless we paid for another full night) - this was a shame as the room was available and we notified the hotel we were coming for honeymoon but they weren’t flexible for earlier check in.

Convenient location.Very clean and quiet. Room was compact. Restaurant breakfast was fair. Staff seemed overwhelmed, and difficult to get attention. Overall a nice experience.

The hotel has a great ambiance, the restaurant on the 14th floor has great views, the rooms have all the amenities that you need and the location is right in the middle of everything you want to be in Ginza. We loved it! I highly recommend it.

I loved this area, we found a great ramen restaurant. We shopped at the Uniqlo 12 floor store. Convenient 7-eleven stores. Tokyo metro station within walking distance.

The front office staff were all very pleasant and spoke English.

Loved staying here! It’s away from the tourist hustle and bustle and in a nice fancy area. Lots of luxury shopping within walking distance. Super close walk to the metro and JR lines as well. The rooms are bigger than other places in Tokyo and the service was amazing. We’d definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay here last week. Hotel staff was very friendly. I accidentally booked a smoking room, not realizing that I did, and they were very accommodating in switching us to a non-smoking room without any issues. The rooms itself aren't particularly large, but it was comfortable. I was a little nervous staying here because of the negative reviews I read about the rooms smelling of body odor, but we didn't notice this at all. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. There's a restaurant on site La Casita which we didn't get to try, but they do have a bar there that my husband went to. Hotel is conveniently located, walking distance to high end luxury shopping as well as the Ginza mall. There is no doorman or anyone who will help with your luggage, so don't expect that service. I would recommend this hotel, great value for a comfortable stay.

Great boutique hotel in the heart of Ginza. Close to everything, easy commute

Great service, the staff was very accommodating after I had accidentally booked a smoking room. All non-smoking rooms were booked for the night, but they went out of their way to find a room with limited smoke smell and then cleaned the smoke smell from my new room as much as possible.

Great property and very close to metro. Lots of high end shopping nearby.

The hotel was amazing! The location was great and easy to find. The room was cozy and clean, with wonderful amenities. The service was top notch, and made us feel warm and welcome, throughout our stay. I’ll be coming back to this hotel the next time I’m in Tokyo!
