It’s a good to hotel to stay in if you want to see Disney properly. Comfortable and convenient.

Have to do it if you’re doing a one or 2 day trip in Disneyland. Don’t stay here if you’re not visiting the park. Very far from everything else. Very close to the airport so have Disney as last part of your trip . Pool open until 10pm, food all day. Disney prices so maybe buy snacks at seven eleven at airport or before you arrive . 6 bottles of drinks could cost 35USD

The place is Beautiful, great for kids and they have activities for them as well. We went during the rainy season so we could not enjoy the outdoor areas that much.
Be prepared to pay for everything. You pay for the room but everything else is extra incl breakfast for kids.

Loved the room, it was massive and could easily fit 4 to 6 people. Room was cleaned everyday and they provide free coffee and tea. They do have room service for a heafty charge. Unfortunately i do agree with others the food they have in the restaurants is definitely expensive for what they serve. I ended up going off property to the city sometimes to eat as it was cheaper doing that than eating at the hotel. The parks were even cheaper food wise than the hotel. I suggest stopping at a store to get small things for food as there is a fridge in the room

First time visitor and was WOW'D! The property is amazingly clean and easy to navigate. We are at Walt's Cafe and Dragon Wind and the food was delicious. Disney prices but good food.

A very nice theme resort hotel but somewhat isolated away from daily conveniences like easy shopping and transportation systems. For example, have to take the hotel shuttle to get to the MTR, which takes a little time and planning. The room itself was well sized and modern.

The bed sheet is sticky and the bed have a damp smell. The room only has 1 charging wire when I asked /borrowed for 1 more, the operator asked me to buy at the shop?!?! The is no conditioner in the shower room but a bottle of body lotion, I called to ask to replace with a conditioner, the staff just stepped in the shower area with her shoes on! When I ordered a glass of warm milk, i wonder how normal is the glass the hotel is talking about, i can't fill the milk with a cup!!!

Overall it’s a good Disney theme hotel- the rooms are clean and larger than the average Hong Kong hotel rooms.
However, the lobby is a bit loud and the staff can be a bit slow. The swimming pool I would definitely NOT go to unless you want to be swimming with tons of bugs/cockroaches!

Loved this resort! Subtly themed, and super cute. We even caught Minnie Mouse roaming the halls during our stay! The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Great amount of activities for the kids. The shuttle to the park was very convenient. Easy to walk to other resort hotels from this location. My only wish is that there were a few more dining options, as the restaurants at the hotel were on the pricier side.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Disney Explorer Lodge. The close proximity to the parks meant not having to worry about getting back home or even to the park with shuttle services operating up until past closing time to ensure guests made it back to the hotel. The staff were lovely and very helpful and made the stay even better. Very suited to family’s this lodge as the whole setup is adorable. Overall, would defz recommend
