Staff has been fantastic - everyone has been kind and quick to want to help. One of the best continental breakfasts I’ve had too - so many options (including bacon finally) that everyone left feeling full.

My second time staying here this year. My room wasn't as nice as last time but the location off of I-77 is great and it's close to where I visit when I'm in the area. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. I won't hesitate to book again when traveling to this area.

Staff was exceptional. I was expressly impressed by the courteousness and professionalism of receptionist at check in. Her name is Ms. DESTINY. She was very pleasant and inviting. No unexpected surprises. No unpleasant odors, smoke, or loud noise.I enjoyed a good night's sleep. I will definitely book and stay there again.

The check in clerk was very nice and so was the rest of the staff. The place was really clean, too.

First syat and we been very confortable

Toilet was not functioning in our room upon arrival. Call was made to front desk & we were told that there was no maintenance available until morning. We were not offered a different room or money back. We ended up having to ask for tools from the front desk & repair the toilet ourselves.

Comfortable bed! Clean and nice. Easy check in and close to gas stations, food and shops

Quick stop off of I-77 and minutes from the places/people I was visiting. I will stay here again when I'm in the area.

The hotel is nice and the breakfast offering is good. The rooms and bathrooms are good too. However, two of my family members had allergy/asthma problems in one of our rooms. One child was going to sleep on the pullout but when we pulled it out the mattress had lots of stains and some mold so he could not sleep on it. Maybe that was the cause of the asthma/allergies. We had specifically chosen this hotel to have the additional bed in the pullout so that was a disappointment.

All the staff members we had interaction with were extremely kind and helpful! The continental breakfast was good! The only complaint, there were no extra items of any kind provided in the room: towels, wash cloths, toilet paper, blankets, sheets, pillows, etc. So I had to go down to the front desk multiple times. Our room had a pull out couch and I had to go downstairs around 11:00 PM to get sheets and a blanket, which was inconvenient.

Amazing Team! We arrived before check in and needed to get into the room to change for a wedding. Kelly and the team were very accommodating and treated the occasion with importance as if it was there own family member.

Holiday Inn is always pretty well kept. Breakfast was varied and plentiful except sausage ran out, room was very clean although bathroom floor could use a scrubbing.called the hotel and receptionist couldn’t match online prices or offer any discounts?

Hotel was immaculate, front desk check in/out was easy and fast. Room was ready when we arrived early. Towel exchange was simple and fast. Buffet was really good.

We called the customer service first to verify if the location had a heated pool. When we arrived to the hotel, the lobby smelled of Black and Mild Cigars, the receptionist was sitting in the lobby with her friend carrying on a conversation. Once she checked me in, she informed me that the pool was closed and it is not heated. Once we got to our room we needed linens for the pull out bed, there was no number to call in the room so I went back to lobby and the receptionist was carrying on with her friends, shoes off,feet on the couch, etc. Once she finally saw me she quickly got the linens we were missing in our room. While I was waiting I was very appalled by the language her friends were using. I have never heard the N word or F word used so many times in the 3 minute span I was waiting for sheets. The beds in the room were very comfortable so that was the one positive. The breakfast selection left little to be desired as well. The pancake machine was broken, there was little selection of pastries, it was very disappointing. Our next trip we will continue driving or find another hotel to stay at. We were very disappointed in our stay at Fort Hill Holiday Inn Express.
