Four friends booked a queen kitchen suite. Very spacious never on top of each other. We had coffee while we read our books by the cozy fireplace and ended the nights with hot cocoa & Rumchata via the full size coffee maker in our room.

The hotel is not bad, worth its money. Clean, cozy. Comfortable beds. On the downside, broken shower in the room, small parking lot and absolutely inedible breakfast.

Family of 4 (includes our puppy) seek much needed relief from hurricane Helene.
We just needed a moment to clean up, eat something, and get a reasonable night's sleep.
Our oasis (hotel) turned out to be just what we needed
Easy check-in, very nice facility, and great staff, both professional and friendly.
Our only shortfall, which is normal for us, are unsupportive bed pillows. Big but no content.

The hotel was clean enough and the breakfast options were decent. When we arrived to our room pretty late in the evening, around 10 pm, the floor and couch were both damp as if they had been cleaned recently but did not look or feel particularly clean. One morning before we exited the property for the day, I stopped at the front desk to request a sheet change and stood there for 5 minutes and even called out and nobody was there. My husband then stopped at the front desk a couple minutes later and it was still empty. Other than that, our stay was fine.

Inside the staybridge suites my room was dirty and beat up. The property could use a refresher. During my stay, both elevators were down as well as the gym & the pool.

We’re so grateful to have had such hospitality. We were working hard on a project at our home and needed a night away from the fumes. We are so thankful for letting us be able to stay right here for the convenience to be able to check on our project throughout our stay because we live in the same town as your hotel. The food was amazing. Thank you so much for providing breakfast and snacks for mommy and daddy. And the kids really enjoyed being able to hang out at the pool. We’d love to stay again and we will definitely be promoting a stay at your hotel to our friends.

The breakfast was ok but we stayed for a week and it seemed like it was always the same stuff so we kind of got sick of it after a few days.
We had a difficult time when leaving because the elevators did not work. Not a huge deal, we made it work. I understand maintenance issues happen.
Every night that we came back to the hotel, there was hardly any parking available. We had to park way out back because a truck with a trailer took up like 6 spots in one area. Not the hotels fault.

Extremely clean throughout the entire hotel and room. Staff was very professional and welcoming. I love the added kitchen, pots, utensils and dinnerware included.
The area was very safe and convenient to many shopping and dining options. Highly recommend and will be staying again at Staybridge Suites.

We loved being here. The laundry facility being free is super convenient for busy families or work. The breakfast could use a slight upgrade but lots of options to choose from and a fountain drink machine!

We enjoyed our stay except for and I was mad since it was the weekend you guys don't start breakfast till 7:30. Shame on you. We had to leave an hour early. I am still upset. Paying all that money and I got screwed over
