This was one of the most luxurious hotels Ive stayed. The room was super spacious. Staff was very friendly and provided top notch service. Hotel is near lotte world. The view from the room was stunning. Will stay here again if I'm traveling to S. Korea. Also I had the best sleep here. Duvet & pillows are so comfortable.

Had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The night view from our room was lovely and I was glad that I purchased to include the breakfast buffet. Everything was delicious. But the highlight of the hotel is the most friendly, polite, and helpful staff members. This is a sign of a good management so I’d definitely try to stay at this hotel next time.

This is the BEST hotel in Seoul. The hospitality is like none other that we have experienced before. Better than Josun Palace with hospitality. The decor flowed with purpose through the hotel into your suite. It wasn’t overly done with every surface, feature. It presented calm and serenity. Love that our suite was above the clouds. We would just watch the clouds go by each day and night.
Staff… if any hotel could have the quality of Signiel, they would be a success from the doormen to the room service.
We will definitely be coming back and modeling our hotel hospitality with Signiel’s. Six star hotel for sure.

This hotel it a little bit away from the main Myeongdong or Gangnam districts, but it is super quiet, and the views can’t be beat!

What an amazing view! Staff are tripping over themselves to be helpful. You can tell it isn’t quite brand new, though. As the room is already starting to show some wear and tear… amazing facilities, otherwise!

We loved our stay here in the Signiel. Highlights being the staff and room accommodations. Would highly recommend an in room tablet for ordering room service and more a la cart options. The view is stunning and food was great but would prefer to have options other than just the buffet. Would stay again!

Hotel is impeccable except the gym and pool is a bit on the small side and short staffed. Besides that the hotel is perfect! Best concierge team I’ve experienced and the staff all around was extremely helpful. They arranged every taxi to the hotel and arranged for pickup to return. That was a tremendous convenience considering how difficult it is to find a taxi in Korea without Kakao Taxi app (which you need a Korean bank account to use)
Highly recommend this hotel for the helpful staff and impeccable rooms. The breakfast also is top notch and one of the best I’ve ever had

The rates include lounge access which is always full and you have no chance to use it at all.
Breakfast is the same thing. The restaurant is always full. They make you wait 30-45 minutes just to get a breakfast.

Awesome view and nice decoration and amenities. Only downside is that grooming products like razors and toothpaste are not provided for free...because if their eco friendly program. I think there are others ways to be evo friendly ..... this is below the standard of top 5 stars hotel brand like F season and Mandarin.....so bring your own

Enjoyable stay using hotel swimming pool and gym.
Service was excellent and location near Lotte duty free shops and lakes. We had nice stroll round the lake.

The views of Seoul from this property is second to none. The staff was attentive and would always help get the door for you and hold the elevator so that you could go first. The English at this property was also relatively good, so communication was easy most of the time. It is literally right beside Lotte World Mall, so very close to shopping and a short <5 min walk to the subway station. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!
