Acceptable for 1 or 2 nights if you need to stay near the airport. Wouldnt recommend for longer stays. It's easy and safe to walk to and from the hotel, so no need for a taxi, which is great. We stayed there the last night of our holiday to be close to the airport.

I like it that the bed is comfortable and got a nice balcony. The only thing that I have a lil issue is there’s no curtain in between shower and toilet so it’s get a little floody in the bathroom when I get shower. All in all, it’s not a bad a hotel at all.

It’s a nice little place at a walking distance from the Phuket Airport. The staff are very pleasant and speak good English! Room was clean and good condition, with working AirCon as needed. Pool in the centre of the property allows for nice cooling in the afternoon/night. Stayed there one night as I was taking onward fight in the morning. Would stay there again.

Caveat: The taxis are not easily available in this area. However, the staff are available to drive to the airport (only 5 minutes) at a reasonable price. They also drove me to a local market where I had dinner by the seaside. That restaurant, Phen's Restaurant has an amazing selection of foods and very nice ambiance.

The family room was fantastic, a bed for adults and 2 bunk beds above it with a good living space. Clean and functional. Exactly what was needed for the night before going to the airport.

Great jump off point for the airport. Aircraft noise not intrusive for me in the room.

Accommodation was middle of the road with few modcons. However, was great value after a long flight. No WiFi or sustenance, but available within 100m. Close to the airport.

It was advertised as a 24hr airport transfers. This was not the case and trying to contact the hotel to organise it was impossible, I tried for 2 days. Very frustrating when you arrive at 10pm and have to try an source transport.

Wonderful Staff but dirty rooms no toilet paper, water pipes bust water all on the floor, linen too small for bed…JUST TERRIBLE!!!!

Really good value airport property its literally 10 mins walk out of the airport domestic arrivals hall.The property is clean,modern has a nice pool,the staff are lovely and helpful. It's perfect for a 24 hour stop over! Not too many food places near however there is a massive 7/11 2 mins from property with absolutely everything you need! I have stayed twice and would definitely stay again! Thank you for another great stay !

The staff were exceptionally helpful to assist beforehand with all the difficult documentation needed fo my Certificate Of Entry as per Thailand Covid regulation

Room was nice with a fridge with free water and other things for sale. Pool was not clean.No breakfast as advertised. No shuttle to pick you up only to take you to the airport. Nice reception.Very close to the airport.

Nice pool. Breakfast available for surcharge but a few other choices available within 5 minute walk from hotel (David restaurant was very nice). Night receptionist was surly but daytime staff was better. 10-minute walk from airport (worth doing because taxi is a ripoff at 300 baht).

The family room we reserved wasn’t available so they gave us two rooms at no extra charge.

There is no shatle bus servise from Airport althogh we confirmed they do in advance by mail . We paid 300bt for taxi just for a minute ride.

I would not choose to stay here again. Reception could hardly speak English and couldn’t recommend a place to eat, of which there was a fabulous cafe called Airport cafe 100m away. We had to find this out ourselves. Airconditioner hardly worked and hot water was lukewarm!! Only good thing was close proximity to airport. Good if you are flying out early the next morning.

Amazingly reasonable priced hotel close to airport. Beautiful pool,great service even free airport transfer at 2am. Tasty food when we arrived at 8.30pm. Could not be more satisfied with our stay

Really enjoyed my stay here.. Only stayed for one night while I was waiting for a flight back to Bangkok from Phuket airport.. the hotel is in a great location only 3 minutes by car to the airport drop off point. This was included in the room price which is a really nice touch and made me feel that the hotel wasn’t trying to take advantage of the guests for extras. Staff were really nice, really helpful and I had the feel that they really wanted to look after me and made my stay a nice experience. Good WiFi, Nice little no frills restaurant on site. Surrouding area is “ok”, there are a couple of coffee shops and restaurants and a 7-11, The atmosphere is surprisingly quiet even though the hotel is so close to the airport and main road with planes coming in. I would stay here again..

The location is super conveniently located close to the airport, but it is a pretty rough, 20 minute, walk to food shops, along a busy highway. However, the staff are friendly and helpful, the room was clean and tidy and the pool is a little oasis in the courtyard! Definitely worth it to get the breakfast for only 200 Baht, it was delicious!

Room nice and clean but a/c not cold ,coffee pot broken ,t.v. never worked,light bulbs burned out bathroom sink stopper stuck and wouldn't drain. Asked for airport wake up call never happened .They did try to fix each item but than person had to leave to go pick up people at airport so never happened except replaced coffee pot

Its good location so that I could find this hotel easily. Its about 6,7minute from Phuket airport. Also close to Convinience store.

We arrived late night into Phuket. We were picked up and taken to the hotel after calling the hotel as they were not waiting for us. The hotel/ motel is basic but suitable for an overnight stay with clean rooms and hot water

Check in and out were very uncomplicated. Although the hotel is located close to the airport they offer a free back to the airport shuttle service at any time which I valued a lot at 2 am with big luggage. The reception and the driver were exceptionally kind. You can hear the planes taking off while staying in your room so sleeping is a concentration act but that is to be expected if you’re staying this close to the airport on a budget. The room had all necessities except from a hairdryer (which I maybe just didn’t find but at least not at places I expected to find it) - which may be a downside for people with long hair. The only real downside for me was that the sheets and towels had some dirt spots here and there that probably were remainders that couldn’t be removed without throwing the sheets away as a whole since the linen at least smelled freshly washed. I considered that also to be a consequence of staying on a budget but that is something you have to decide yourself if you’re still going to want to sleep in these sheets. Additionally don’t expect an entrance door at ground level. You can only access these rooms from the glass front. Except from that the room was clean and offered plenty of space with free WiFi, a private shower and a climate control. Overall ok for me personally at this price level in Thailand.

Benefit:- near to the airport and they have a free airport drop. The room had mosquitoes. And as its very near the airport its noisy as one can hear flights taking off. Otherwise good for a night hault if you have a early flight.

Bathroom was clean but smelled like sewage. No coffee cups. Staff was very friendly.

I arrived the hotel late evening and they send me to another hotel right away and the other hotel ask me why I’m there and they send me back to the original hotel and the hotel I book send me back to that hotel AGAIN!!! Back and forth twice!!! Lack and communication, they can’t speak much English, and the second hotel staff attitude was rude, saying it’s my fault!!!
