Really nice, comfortable hotel with reasonable rates and complimentary breakfast from 4am for early flights. Second time staying. Nice welcome. Only one large towel unfortunately & only noticed on morning we left so no time to put right. However understandable that these things happen! I’m sure it could have been rectified if we’d noticed earlier. Shower was large although not powerful.

Overall, my stay was wonderful. Although there were airport renovations occuring that needed a few additional moments to arrive to the hotel, the staff was very understanding and accommodating. I will return soon!

Brilliant and quick check in, fair play to the young lady - airside view room, really good (see pic) however bar service was far from anything better than 2/10, total chaos, bar staff more concerned (all 3 at one time) on preparing restaurant orders, no concept of who’s next, I stood at the bar on my own for over 5 mins, no eye contact, was joined by other clients who then, when the duty manager arrived, got served first, yes a pet hate of mine, but if staff did their job correctly

Our meal went astray got it very late.
If I wanted a room for disabled use I would have booked it.
TV didn’t work.
Mattress was very hard bad night .
3.30 am call was 15 minutes late!!
Think this hotel needs a shake up not impressed.
The highlight was Jeanie who helped us at breakfast she was very welcoming .

Quick check in processes when arriving very early morning, fell asleep quickly. Full English breakfast was very nice as well as the waffles in the waffle maker.

The Hilton is a perfect hotel to stay at when you have to catch a flight from Stansted airport. It's very reasonably priced too.
It's easy to get to from Euston Station and you are then in walking distance to the airport.
The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean.
The staff were very polite and friendly.
Breakfast was included but I had a very early flight so didn't get to sample it.
I would happily do stay here again.

The Hampton court is well positioned right next to the terminal and is fine for an overnight stay prior to departure.

Stayed at the Hampton for it's convenience for Stansted Airport and the parking. We also enjoyed the fact we could have an evening meal in the restaurant or room service if needed. Breakfast was plentiful and included in our room rate.

The Hampton by Hilton hotel is very close to Stansted Airport with a covered walkway to get there.
They have an excellent breakfast starting at 4.30am. The bed was very comfortable and the price reasonable.. Highly recommended

We have stayed in this airport hotel many times over the years and the accommodation and location are excellent. However it is the service and staff that stands out. Friendly and efficient but also kind. I thank them very much.

Conveniently placed hotel but the room was disappointing with a damaged wall with plaster coming off. Surprisingly the bed was very uncomfortable and creaked every time you moved. Not the standard I expected. ☹️
Staff pleasant and the little takeout breakfast bag was a welcome surprise. 🙂

We had a early morning flight and this was perfect only 5 minutes walk away from the airport under cover walkway will 100 per cent stay here again

Room 775 v poor shower water pressure which is lucky because the shower tray drainage was terrible! Decor v tired eg stained shower tray, mouldy sealant, yellowing toilet seat, marks stains on flooring and walls. Wife paid £11.50 for one glass of average white wine plus a 12.5% service charge. Two reception staff at 12.30am were so loud they outdid the whole of the ground floor. Ordered a plate of chips turned up without salt, asked the guy for salt he said he was too busy!!

Hard bed, weak air con. Food was good. Much smarter and cleaner than the Radisson Blu. Annoying to walk 10mins from the terminal. Would not stay again due to uncomfortable beds and hot room.

Perfect location just a couple of minutes walk to the terminal. The breakfast buffet opens at 4am and has a great selection. Restaurant food was nice and the staff very helpful.

Hotel was very good, room spotlessly clean and with all amenities. Staff were friendly and the food was very good. However the bar was completely understocked. No beer or lager, only white wine was chardonnay which is ok if you like oaked wine and only had 3 bottle of merlot.. Waiter was embarrassed by this.
