The property and the staff were amazing

The managing staff went over the top to welcome us for an early check in. They even offered to carry our luggage to the room! I suspect the managers are also the owners so they want to ensure this will be a successful business. They are on the right track as the hotel was entirely booked that night!

Ok for price and what we needed for basiclly just to spend the night since our flight arrived late. Hotel is pretty clean and rooms were surprisingly nice with 2 large king beds but aurrounding area was pretty unclean but this is not hotels fault. Just not best side of town but pretty close to.port so thats what we needed.

It was a pleasure to spend 2 nights there. Office staff was very nice and respectful . I pray his business continue to be aware of his guests needs. Very clean and fresh. Thank you. JML 🙏. Plus it was near my sister's home. I will return again.

Over all experience was okay, decent location with food and gas up and down the street. Room was okay, shower head had very little water coming out definitely needs fixing and bed was really uncomfortable.

Really clean but I kept getting called asking what time I would arrive when I had no clue as I was driving 5 hrs away from home with pit stops.

The hotel was really clean. Close to downtown Long Beach. The staff was wonderful. They even let us stay additional time…

No smoking room but you could tell someone had smoked in the room. A/C had a weird smell

Noisy and loud music all night, next door and in parking lot

Check in was quick and easy and we were able to check in early. Parking was nice that is was right outside our room. We did our laundry in the laundry room. It was only $2.00 for washing and $2.00 for drying. Laundry room was very clean and had vending machine and also ice machine. When laundry room door was shut, we used our room key to get in. Our room was small, but very clean and updated. We did not have a coffee pot, but did have microwave and fridge. Our fridge did not have a freezer.

Good location for our pre cruise stay

It was a short stay to be close to Long Beach. Room was spacious and clean. Check in process was fast and simple. Close to many food places.

Check in was easy and the room was clean and comfortable. (The metal bases on the beds were a bit annoying, as we kept accidentally kicking them and making noise that we thought would bother the neighbours). The courtyard parking was a little tight, but worked out. Good spot for quick access to the Catalina Express Ferry in the morning.

This our second time staying here. Its a nice place. The people who work there are very friendly. The room was good. Maybe a little upgrading. The only complaint i have is the beds. Not comfortable at all
