Good location - Plenty of parking

On-site laundry.

The extreme noise from Hwy 1. No coffee in the room. There was a coffee machine in the office but the office door is locked overnight and sometime into the late morning so no coffee available.

Bed was comfortable and staff was friendly. When soap dispenser was not working the lady at the front gave me one.

Harley Davidson across the street was very loud into the night. Laundry facilities soap dispenser was not working. Homeless wondering the area and the hotel, loitering outside the rooms. I had to look out the peephole to make sure I could leave the room. No towels were in my room when we arrived, I had to find an associate to get clean towels.

Clean.

Needs comfortable seating. Bed needed one more pillow. Metal bed frame clangs loudly whenever you move around. Kind of a clinical environment. Not very warm and inviting.

The room was pretty clean, the bed wasn’t bad and there were decent channels on the tv. They also offered coffee at the time I was there. The dude at the front was nice too.

It’s nothing they can change but it’s really loud from traffic outside. Just loud music and cars driving by all hours.

The free parking. Nina, the staff. Very cool.

Outside my door was untidy, they constantly kept the toilet plunger outside my door for some reason

our 2 rooms were both big, clean and worked perfectly for our family of 8.

go slower pulling in as three driveway is poorly designed - scraped the bottom of my car.
