It was nice to stay a night at Queens Hotel. The price is more than reasonable. $158 total with taxes for 3 of us. Two comfortable beds ( 1 king n 1 double) in 2 rooms, small refrigerator, and a microwave. Wish it has an elevator for easy luggage transfer. We stayed on 2nd so it wasn’t that bad. Prefer body wash instead of a tiny soap bar.

For 600 dollars canadian there was no coffee maker in the room. We had to go down stairs for it.The air conditioner didnt work very well. I could have stayed in a higher class hotel for the price i paid

My first time in a Canadian hotel so I didn't really know what to expect. Friendly staff but everything else is behind European standards I'm afraid. Facilties were there but basic.Room was clean. Nice bike in the lobby!

The property is ok. Twin room is extremely small. Needs a bit of attention to cleanliness. Staff are very gracious. It is quite noisy on the outside and it filters into the rooms.

Staff were excellent. Building was quiet and clean. I was just expecting something to look different when it says historic, boutique hotel. It is located in a strip mall. Neighbourhood is nice.

Almost hidden place in a strip mall. Had my reservations pulling in but place is really clean and nice. We had our corgi with us and it was about the least expensive pet friendly spot near Vancouver. They did charge me a $20 fee for the corgi but not a big deal. They offered dog beds and bowls as well. Clean room nothing fancy but nice and comfortable a/c fridge and microwave. The Indian place around the corner was actually really good and it was a quiet neighborhood to take the dog for a walk. Will definitely consider coming again.

Overall, hotel was in fairly good shape, just old building and the area outside the property had homeless people hanging by. Next to a liquor store with some shady people going in and out. AC was in the window and made it so the shades couldn’t be drawn all the way which let light in the room.
Would still stay here again, as the price was good, but if you’re looking for fancy, consider an upgrade.

The air conditioning on the floor inside the room makes a lot noise, can't sleep at all, reserved three nights left after first night.

From the outside, the hotel is a little suspect, but any hesitation we may have felt quickly vanished once we spoke to the very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and it had all the usual basic amenities one expects from a hotel. The AC unit was maybe a little loud but it did not bother us. The area also suited us well as it had a few good restaurants, a convenience store, a kids park, Starbucks, all within a short walking distance.

A reasonable place to stay in New West Queensborough area. No elevator but the rooms are clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. Was a good stay for the night as we passed through

It’s a renovated older building in a strip mall. The front end staff and housekeeping staff are amazing!! The place was clean and snacks /coffee are provided. Massage chair for $5/15 min was fabulous. They only downside for us was no central air- instead a very loud window air conditioner with a large floor fan to circulate the air to the second room (we had the 2 bedroom). The hallway was so hot! It was 30 degrees outside but the air conditioner kept up , it was just realllly loud

The room was clean and staff was very accommodating. The only issue I had was they didnt clean the bathroom or replace towels on 1 day.
