It has great facilities, the poools are good and the room was excellent.

Great location and value for money

Missing some toilette set and no extra toilet paper in the bathroom. There was a commode drainage issue. Pillows were too soft. I liked it more in the past when they had Friday dinner buffet. This time they just have Saturday dinner buffet only.

The swimming pool is ver nice

It's awesome staying in this hotel. Decoration is modern style less is more. All staffs are very friendly and 100% services mind. Breakfast is lots and lots. Just 2 things to complain 1) the pillows are too solf. 2) sea water in the front of the hotel is quite poor.

I would like to thank all the staffs of Renaissance Pattaya. My sister and I had the best hotel stay ever. The service here has really set the standards higher for what to expect in a 5-star hotel. When we first checked in for the night, the room's aircon was faulty. However, it was resolved quickly by changing our rooms. It was solved in 10 minutes. We came to Pattaya for the Rolling loud event; the hotel has a team specially for navigation/limousine. They helped us to settle our transportation back and forth and tried their best to help us with the bad traffic. I personally feel that the navigation team will go to the extra mile for their guests and have done way more than their job scope. One of the example, the hotel's spa was fully booked after the concert and the team even helped to contact other spas/ massage parlor to get a slot for us. Once done, they even offer to book a limousine to the place and buggy ride to fetch us from our room. All of this was initiated by the staff and I truly felt pampered throughout my stay. I would like to specially thank Ti and all of the navigation team (sadly, I didn't manage to get all their names) for their warmest hospitality and helping us with every request. The Reception team was also very patient and friendly and helped us in any way they can. It was the little details that elevated the experience here! I genuinely love their service!I cannot recommend this place enough! Thank you Renaissance Pattaya for this wonderful stay!

Quiet and calm and clean

Great resort in a great location. Situated outside of Pattaya city, super quiet and secluded. Resort does haven’t too many rooms so it helps with the traffic within the resort. Easily enjoy the resort without to having to run into other guest all the time. Enough space to spread out and enjoy the various parts of the resort.

The resort is very nice but there is not much outside of the resort. If you need to go out, you will have to drive or take car service. Not walkable to anywhere.

The property is subtly displayed on multiple levels leading down to the sea. Infinity pools and an avenue of trees lead your eye from the lobby out to the waiting ocean. The staff are attentive, knowledgeable and so kind and nothing appears to be a problem. The evening restaurant was a delight with a good selection of wines to accompany dishes, breakfast is a vast buffet style with a huge amount of choice. Special mention to Johnnie at breakfast who went and got everything I needed whilst I took in the surroundings. Already planning my return.

Excellent, modern, new hotel but a bit far from downtown Pattaya.

Services is bad. Requested services from the pool bar for a few times for 2 different days and didnt get it. It was just simple drink order, the staff didnt prepare the drinks and didnt come bother to come back and take the order. The room have big cracks on the wall. It wasnt pleasant looking. Hotel is overated as 5 star hotel.

Great hotel, helpful staff, decent, quiet location off the main drag. Two tiered pools overlooking the sea, comfortable rooms with delightul bathrooms and fittings. Even the basic room is sufficient and provides nice easterly views over the countryside and little conical hills. Smaller bed than I was expecting but it was adequate. Several dining options in-house. Recommended.

I found lots of ants in my closet and I asked the staff to clean up but it didn’t work. He killed a ant on my T shirt. I had to throw it away. I couldn’t sleep the last night.

The hotel was gorgeous and beach was surprisingly beautiful! The only issue for us was the language miscommunications that happened quite a lot throughout our stay - we found it quite funny in the end, but it was impossible to ask for anything as we usually received something very different!

We had a very great stay at this hotel. Lovely atmosphere and fantastic breakfast. Spa is so relaxxxx, Hotel staff very cute, active and nice :)
