Clean hotel and comfortable beds. Staff could be kinder to guests.

Comfy beds, great breakfast, polite and helpful staff. 5 mins to the metro for a 20 minute ride to Central. The parking is a rip off though.

The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive to our needs. And we highly recommend renting bikes from the hotel and biking in to central Amsterdam -- it's a lovely ride!

The Staff were nice , but the sower drain was flooded , in addition, we found 1 one of the bed sheets dirty with blood in it . Anyway, hopefully next time you will improve the cleanliness.

5 min walk to metro station. 5 min walk to ikea. 1 train stop to stadium and shopping centre and metro runs every 15 min. Convenient if you have a day/multiday ticket anyway. Fairly big rooms and nice bathrooms

This was a good spot for our short visit in Amsterdam. The location is outside the city, but right beside the metro station that takes about 20 minutes to get to the city center. Very convenient. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again!

The hotel was split into 2 buildings. The hotel with check-in and reception looked nice, new, and fully furnished. I can't comment on the rooms as I was in the other hotel property. The good: The hotel is located close to most arenas and stadiums for events (~30 minute walk). Additionally, the train station to Amsterdam Centraal and the airport is only a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The bad: The other building part of the hotel property, which I was given my room in, was completely under renovation on the first floor. There were no staff in the building, so anyone was able to come in and out until evening, when the front required the key card to enter. Check-in and check-out are both completely done independently so there is usually only one staff member on the property at any time. Cleaning only happened on my first day of my 4-day, 3-night stay.

Perfect for family

The hotel is good. Nice big and clean room. Very big bathroom. Very friendly staff. Breakfast is also very good with all you can wish for. The only minus point is that the hotel does not have a restaurant and that you will not find a proper restaurant nearby. I found a take away 3-400 meters from the hotel.

Very nice & quiet area with a metro station only a short 5 minute walk which gets you to the centre within 20 minutes. Very easy to check in and check out without hassle and the room was very spacious and clean. Have zero complaints.

Not far from metro. Coffee machine was a bit of a nightmare. We had breakfast which was lovely lots of choice

Good place to stay , cheap and cheerful . Quite far from central , but is 5 mins from train station .

check-in was fast, room was clean, bright and spacious, lots of windows, nice layout (for 4 ppl), lamp on each night tables (4), lots of desk space, coffee maker and bar fridge. the only thing missing is a microwave oven. 2 minute walk to metro, IKEA, and a family restauant. 20 minute metro/train ride to Centraal Station or Schipol airport.

Online room review shows warmers at floor level but there were none in our room. When you come into your room from outside, in Winter, you need warmth.

Overal great no complains

The hotel has nothing special, it is just small rooms and a bit unclean I would say. Boring place and the breakfast was quite poor quality.

It was very easy to book, very easy to check in and out. The rooms look very neat and it's very quiet.

Excellent place to stay to explore Amsterdam. Clean and modern. Lovely breakfast. 5 minute walk to the Metro, which is maybe 20 minutes from the City Centre Easy to drive to and park Excellent value for money
