The front desk staff morning people are pretty cool nice try to go above and beyond to create a good welcome but the staff that is there at night or overnight has the worst and nastiest attitude ever I requested at times toilet paper or towels and they will not give it to me or they will walk all the way to the room to make sure that I am staying there I've had issues where I've called the front desk to let them know that someone in the room next to us was screaming to be let out and was fighting with someone else and that lady just still quiet and said well what do you want me to do so for that reason amongst others I have decided to stop going to Norwalk in

The staff was nice, the beds are not very comfortable, and make a lot of noise. Other than that it was ok.

The pictures on the website made it seem like it was a luxury hotel.. but when we go there, it was half ass remodeled. There was water leaking from the tub. The arm of a chair was broken and the other was old and dirty. I liked the Chinese bed accent.

Front desk staff was beyond rude when I made them aware that the room next to mine had a young woman and man yelling asking to be let out and were arguing slamming things. She just responded " and what do you want me to do!? Also asked where ice machine was at and she just walked away. Room was dirty especially bathtub

Stay was okay. Hotel is very run down and the office staff are not very attentive. They left me waiting a while to check out and get my deposit back.

I’m not sure why so many people have this an excellent review. The place is run down. Service was non existent. Musky order. Dirty floor. I will say the only thing good was the beds weren’t totally uncomfortable. Smelled like pot all over. No shampoo. Parking was hard to find. Deceiving on the reviews and there website. Will not stay here again. Needs major renovation.

Got a king bed but room area felt really small. Have stayed there on other occasions and have gotten way bigger rooms. Had my 2 little ones with me and there was hardly any room for their play pen.

Stayed 2 nights. No room service was provided the next day after check in. When we checked out we ran out of toilet paper and had to ask the staff for it. The room smelled of cigarette.

I booked a suite with two rooms.
Pros: The rooms looked newly remodeled. Beds were wide. King and Queen beds were true to size.
Cons:
Very bad behavior from one of the staff members. Bathroom door didn't lock. Bath towels provided were too small. There is no handle on the door to one room. Two out of the four plug outlets in one room didn't work. Furniture looked like they were purchased at some garage sale.

It was confusing and slightly difficult to get into the place.

The facility is out dated and run down. There was no hot water. There was a language barrier that caused ineffective communication. And while the room was clean, the exterior is an eyesore. If I hadn’t paid in advance and it was non refundable, I would not have stayed, even for that one night. The price was not comparable to the accommodations. I would not recommend this property.

The first room I got had bed bugs and I had to move rooms. They did nothing to try to compensate me for the horrible night I had there.

Water took a very long time to get warm. It didn’t even get hot it was a cool warm. After being out in the cold you’d wanna take a hot shower but we couldn’t do that.
The beds were nice king sized but the mattresses needed to be changed they were falling in and it was so uncomfortable. I like the room but updates would be nice.

Room was nice. Looked liked there had been water damage. Bottom of walls and doors were discolored. Otherwise very nice. Roses were beautiful.

It is very clean in the remodeled rooms, which are huge. I haven't seen a bug of any kind, no bed bugs at all. Microwave and the refrigerator works perfectly. They have a lundry on site. All towels are fresh and white, no stains at all. The facilities are really quiet and the front desk is professional and your deposit is given back when checkout.

I was surprised in how clean it was.
The owners have taken the time to Remodel the rooms and i was very impressed. The rooms are huge. No roaches, No bedbug. Towels and wash towels are white and clean. Front desk was business like. Plenty of parking. I have one complaint and that is the bed was way too soft for my liking. Over all for the price I will be going back for sure.
