Not a good stay

A great experience here just like the last time. We will be back here. It's conveniently located to where we come from.

The employees are very friendly and professional. The rooms are spacious and well air conditioned. And, it's a good price for the area.

Honestly it was a horrible experience. The room was very dirty. There were fresh blood stains on the sheets. Crumbs all over rhe floor, ans the toilet was not clean at all. There were pee stains everywhere. It also was very smelly. This place really needs to be inspected because it was just disgusting.

This hotel is probably better than others on Firestone Blvd. in Norwalk, which is not saying a lot. The room was clean but very dark and could use better lighting. Desk staff were not real helpful and did not answer calls. There is a need for a much overdue paint job on exterior areas.

The place are in good are

Check in took over one hour, with pre paid reservation. Front staff made me get a hold of hote.com customer service agent. Then hotels.com had to walk them through how to retrieve there payment. Throughout the whole time I just stood there. Then I went to re-book the room at 930am with cash direct. The same man said "No , the room was booked already" But on website it's still open, as if 7pm today.

Sheets and walls were dirty.

It was horrible the new people that run the place are rude and very unprofessional,,ive been going there for 20 years and all of a sudden the want a deposit,,no next time nothing else and they got very upset. Never going back there!!

The floors were not sweaped Hair on the bathroom floor & toilet was not clean at all Very unhappy on tht one

You can tell it’s an older property, but it is well maintained and clean for its age.

No human decency at all smh I actually like this place but since they made a miss take on there price they turned everyone that booked a room I even tried to pay more but they said Expedia didn’t pay there money so I couldn’t even do that smh I had to per and I waited a hour and they ddt even offer to let me pee

Non smoking room smell like smoke

The first time he didn’t wanna give me the room didn’t like that not good the bed is not comfortable at all

Most of the outlets to charge your phone or any devices will not working properly I booked the second night and they they didn't let me just roll over the night they kick me off for a little couple hours to the new check in time and they wanted the deposit but I didn't have any cash or a card they made me leave my portable batteries with them and it was an inconvenience inconvenience

Didn't like the way u had to keep getting passwords for the wi-fi and no room service

Comfortable

Me and my significant other have come here often for many years. This is our go to place that's comfortable, affordable and close to home. We usually don't have any complaints or issues during our frequent stays here but this most recent stay was a surprising disapointment in terms of the room we were given. The fridge in our room didnt work so all of the food we purchased either melted or went bad. There was no ice bucket in our room as well so all our drinks were warm. And during the night while laying in bed we seen a roach crawling on the headboard of our bed. And there were a few others crawling on the bathroom floor.

It was nice and quiet

It was nice, quiet, and clean. The decor was basic and outdated, but it was absolutely perfect for the price.

It's a decent place to spend the night, room was clean had enough towels and shampoo for one person one day.. the room had a bit of odor but lucky for me I had fabrezee which took care of it. Ino light over the sink so kind of difficult to take care of the nightly routine without a light. Over all it's ok...

There were large spider webs (12" to 15") at many places in the room, so easily visible and should have been cleaned in a room for which they are charging $150 a night! Many other parts were also unclean.
