Clean environment all around. Room had a broken lamp hanging from the wall sconce and door handles on storage cupboards were missing screws Tacky and dangerous. polite employees but not very informative when asked about nearby food opportunities

Staff was very attentive. For a newer hotel, the counch in the room was worn and dirty. Dogs in the breakfast area wasnt appealing.

Reserved an accessible room for my 4 year old wheelchair user. On check in, we were asked if we meant to reserve an accessible room because they only have ONE in the entire hotel. The room was on the top floor at the very end of the hall (which is the opposite of accessible). The room smelled like wet dog, so we had to keep requesting air fresheners. As mentioned, it’s the only accessible room on property so it wasn’t an option to ask for a different room. The room itself was clean and large enough to allow her to maneuver around in her chair… but smelled awful. Breakfast was average. One waffle machine, 2 sandwich options and a couple other odds and ends (cereal, fruit, toast). Wasn’t a horrible experience but I wouldn’t stay again.

Our room smelled musky, there were stains on the rug, desk chair, the couch was old and the cushions were ripped. The rooms were spacious but the silverware and utensils in the room were dirty and the bathroom tiles and floors need some deep cleaning. It’s time to get rid of the rugs and replace the furniture. The bed was not comfortable and the blanket felt like a curtain. A comforter or more comfortable blanket would have been nice!

Large suite with everything like a studio. Clean, quiet. Don’t like much the air conditioner because it was not easy to set the temperature.

Room was fine and breakfast was much better than expected. But we shared our end of the floor with a teenage traveling baseball team. They were very loud and up late. If I had known I would have requested a room away from them.

Great place to stay at! Super clean and the room I stayed in with my family was so spacious! My nine month old was able to roam freely without me having to worry about her getting hurt. Will absolutely stay here again. Great hotel! 10/10

Took 20 minutes for the desk clerk to arrive to check us in. The bathroom and shower need attention. Strong odor in room. We stay at this brand of hotel all the time and this has been our worst experience of all locations.

I was very disappointed that Netflix was not on your entertainment system. Most hotels/motels/inns have it. I'd planned on "binge watching" a particular series to help unwind from the day-long drive. That didn't happen.

It was perfect!

Good location. Clean. Bathroom could use some maintenance. King bed was sitting way too close to the heating/air unit, so you only have about 10 inches to squeeze between the two, when getting in and out of bed... not fun, when you're half asleep and in a strange place.

Our only “complaint “ would be about the snow removal…but very good other than that. Taz and Kendall were both helpful, polite and accommodating to the guests. We will stay there again

We feel like we got the worst room in the hotel based on the location. We were in 114, right next to the breakfast and lobby. In the middle of the night from 2am to 7am, there was frequent noise. It seemed like staff people kept going in and out of doors and doing things right outside our room. Then when breakfast started, lots of noise from guests. I feel they should never rent this room unless every room is occupied. Second, we had a dog and I signed a pet waiver, but there was no fee listed on the waiver. I checked out and he said we were all paid. Then later in the day, hours after we left and checked out, we were sent a bill for $50 pet fee. That contradicted what I signed and what the front desk person told me. Apart from the noise and the unexpected fee, the staff was very nice, the breakfast was solid, and the room was clean and in great shape.

I was surprised that being a newer hotel that the beds seemed to be well used and uncomfortable. It definitely was very unorganized check in process. They didn't seem to know what was going on.
