Very nice hotel next to a wonderful choice of restaurants.

Ok for one night before go to very near Rome AirPort. Room very basic, but ok - for one night. Breakfast even more basic. Also near to restaurant street in the small ocean city Fiumicino.

We flew into Rome at night and were flying out the next morning so we just wanted a hotel by the airport with a shuttle. Honestly I would not strongly recommend this place. It didn't feel 100% clean, there were not even towel racks in the bathroom to put our towels on, the shelf was falling off the bathroom wall, and to make matters worse we couldn't take the shuttle in the morning because it doesn't run on demand or even very frequently and the timing was not convenient for us.

Not impressive from the outside but were surprised by the inside. Clean, had everything we needed. Every staff member was welcoming and helpful.

Great place close to the airport with lots of restaurants nearby. Room was clean and the bed comfy. Check-in was fast and easy. Has airport shuttle which was a plus.

This hotel is approx 2 miles from Fiumicino Airport for Rome, is located one block from the river with many wonderful restaurants. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Andrea at the front desk is so helpful and kind. Emon, who manages the breakfast area, is also kind and makes great coffee!!!!

From the second we opened the door of the room it smelled so bad, like mold, dust , mildew. The sheets didn’t feel clean and the next morning had a rash all over my body. You could hear everything from the rooms next to you and above you. In the side it says there is shuttle to the airport but it only runs till noon ish. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in .

Nice comfortable place close to airport

The property is run down and the beds and pillows are very uncomfortable. Our bathtub had duck tape around it.

Good location if you want a place to stay near the airport and in a nice area but hotel was average at best.

I needed a place to sleep for a few hours prior to catching my departing flight the following day. My biggest turn off with this hotel was that there wasn't a mattress protector on the bed and there's wasn't a dead bolt on the door. Otherwise, the staff members were accommodating and polite, there's an option door breakfast (€5), parking is simple and the proximity to the airport was great. Also, I was pleasantly surprised with how big/clean/new the bathroom was.

It was very good for one night I think. The staff was very polite and friendly, and the room is fair enough for the one night. Only negative thing is there was no toothpaste and flip flops in the hotel.

Basic airport hotel option for 1 night stay before departure from Rome airport, they offer $10 shuttle. I wish they let guest know about shuttle service prior as I paid $30 taxi from Rome Airport train stop on way back from Amalfi Coast to get to this hotel night before my departure from Italy. Staff were really helpful. AC very loud in room. Rooms are spacious. It is 10-15 minutes from airport.

I reserved 2 rooms. Upon arrival, I was given an inside room and a garden room. The inside room was clean and spacious. The garden room had a wet shower and there was a general humidity smell. The shower room only had half a door, and one has to be very careful when showering so that water won’t get in the floor Overall, close to many restaurants and the staff was very friendly and helpful

I’m not sure how this place got such good reviews on Expedia. It is a bare bones nothing special hotel. Beds were terrible. I did not sheep under the bedding due to my fear the beds may have bugs. The bathroom was awful. We had some type of bug crawling in the bathroom around the ceiling. We didn’t even bring this to the attention of the owners because as we were checking in some lady was trying to get a refund for her room because she had bugs on her bed. They were not very helpful with her since she booked through a booking site. We made the best of it for one night and checked out and then went to a better hotel

Staff was incredible!

Our room was located in what was essentially a converted portable of sorts. The entrance was a floor-to-ceiling glass patio door set which provided no privacy unless the blackout curtains were pulled, at which point no natural light entered the room. The shower stall had painted walls (not tiled), with mold in multiple locations. The beds had thin, spring mattresses that were uneven and uncomfortable. One pillow had stains. To be fair, it's possible the experience would have been different if our room had been in the main hotel building. Note as well that the shuttle service did not run hourly which may or may not be a problem for you. Now the good. The hotel is only a short ride from the airport and the neighborhood contains a very safe and walkable street running alongside a branch of the Tiber river with numerous restaurants covering almost every type of food that you could want.

It was very quiet and secluded. It was roomy and comfortable.
