A bit walk from main road

Hotel is nice and right next to the beach. Big swimming pool. The only problem is the long walk to the main road which most part doesn’t have lighting at night.

Overall it was good. Would be nicer if there was staff available24/7. They left after dark. Also, cockroach came out of the bathroom, so more anti pest measures should be taken

tropical plants were well taken care of. pool water was not clear as it should be. front desk staff was pleasant until checked out and waiting for transportation - she had no time for me.

We loved all the staff we met on property! They know hospitality and customer satisfaction.! Front desk outstanding with assistance to upgrade the room for a beach view at a reasonable price. The resort was nice, located right at the beach. Had a few Beach chairs and umbrellas to use. A little restaurant with drinks and a few menu items to order. Close to other beach restaurants and massage stalls. I stayed in a bungalow, it was decent, with its own little porch in the garden (not much of a view). Had a mini fridge, a kettle and two bottles of drinking water per day.

Great family oriented resort located right on the beautiful Khlong Dao beach. Staff are very focused on making your stay pleasant and taking care of any requests. My only suggestion is the resort should invest in more beach chairs and umbrellas as there weren’t enough for those who wanted them most days. Otherwise everything was great, we would love to stay there again.

If looking for a low key, family friendly place to stay look no further than laguna beach club. Quaint and a perfect getaway our family loves to return to each year, a home away from home.

The staff are very kind and helpful! The rooms are okay. We had a bunch of fruit flies or gnats in our room but that may have been just our room specifically. The eating area is right off the beach which is really convenient. The pool is nice and big and has a good amount of seating. The only thing is we felt they did a little too much nickel and diming. Every morning you have to go to the front desk to get a voucher to pay for breakfast. The food options were okay but a bit pricey. But, overall, the area is nice and the staff were great. It is a good place to stay for a weekend and probably not longer than that.

Perfect stay. Koh Lanta is so peaceful and quiet. The staff went above and beyond to take care of all your needs. Swim up bar and restaurant are open.

Fantastic reception on arrival and throughout my stay. Extended my stay from1night to 4 because of the hospitality shown from staff. If you get to meet Ron the owner amazing man to talk with about his life.

The pool and beach area were nice but just plastic lounge chairs without covers that weren’t especially comfortable. Location was great and breakfast was inexpensive (although I didn’t eat it so can’t comment on that). My bungalow was a little dark, the wifi didn’t work well inside but fine outside and the hot water in the bathroom was a little smelly.

The place was very close to the beach. The rooms are small and are very dated. The heat for showers worked sometimes. The towels didn’t smell very good. We rented a scooter and it was empty on gas and they said we needed to go fill it up, I thought that was odd. Overall it was okay, however I wouldn’t probably go back unless I couldn’t find a better deal. The were attentive for service though, so that’s a plus.

Because I was traveling alone in low season the location weren't that good, but I believe on high season it's great. (Low season most crowded area is Long beach probably, this time Koh Lanta is huge and was quite empty). Good: Lovely pool, resort clean, big comfortable room, sweet team, big fridge includes freeze and friendly prices for extras, 7-11 and the main road about 10 minutes walking. The resort is on the beach though I couldn't find a place to put the tanning bed in the shadow. Problematic: Poor water pressure in the shower with a bad smell, devided to separate tap for hot and cold, which eventually the hot is too warm and the cold is too cold. It has option for breakfast cupon in the restaurant, I believe you'll find better options on the beach - non-fresh juice and machine coffee takes extra charge. Room was full of mosquitos. Bad: WIFI didn't work in the room!

Very friendly and super efficient staff

I was expecting a bit more in the way of a restaurant. It selection was very limited. Breakfast (had to pay for) was below average. There were too few loungers around the pool. It was hard to get one as guests would put their towels on the chairs early in the morning But would then be gone for most of the day. Otherwise location was good. Great for families with young children.

We were able to check in early, no extra charge. Room was clean and beautiful pool view. The location had lots of restaurants close by.
