The premium suite itself was exactly as the pictures. Clean, a washer, everything we needed to have a pleasant stay. Check-in was easy with no contact, but the accommodation is ALWAYS available through whatsapp for questions/concerns. We stayed there as a couple with a 15 month old, and the premium suite offered everything we needed for a reasonable price. The area was good. Three downsides! (last 2 are baby related) 1) The entrance and building were pretty ghetto. Not in an unclean way, more like a run-down way. 2) The elevator is not as big as modern elevators. As we have a full-size stroller, this was a hassle because we had to fold it every time we left/came back. (With a baby, that's pretty often.) 3) No baby beds available, so be prepared for that. All in all, I don't regret our choice. But if you have a full size stroller, this may not be the easiest option.

This was a nice apartment with really great and easy instructions to access to. The location is terrific and accessible to many of the most desirable tourist Venues. The bedroom itself was great and had AC. The unit had a cute little balcony. And a washer dryer, which was very handy. The sitting area is basic and was a little hot extra sleeping on the sofa couch. It would be particularly great for a couple.

Nice apartment that was plenty cool during their heatwave. Clean and enough space for two adults. Close to bus and metro lines for exploring the city. Check-in communication was great and the host was helpful for shopping suggestions after our luggage was lost for 24 hours.

Great location to metro, fab eateries, shop marts.
Building from the outside has that old socialist look. I actually loved the old commie looking lift to the 4th floor. Worked great. A wow upon entering the room. Was very pleased. Had all the amenities. Very clean and modern.
The staff communicated easily via WhatsApp.
I will stay here again.

This property, at least the premium suite, does not deserve the "9.4 Exceptional"status that is posted on Expedia. The shower grout was covered in black mildew, the view from the terrace was awful, not anything like the photo, the kitchen was a joke- the electric kettle had tape on the cord because it was damaged, the entrance to the building is covered in graffiti. I am totally disappointed and will not use Expedia again.

Amazing location and staff were accessible. Apartment was clean and modern howerver the elevator was sketchy and hard to access (not the owners fault).

Great stay and very nice apartment in the heart of old town area. Kitchen is great to have and huge bonus was a washing machine.
The bathroom is nicely laid out and bedroom and balcony was great.
Apartment is super clean and well maintained for guest's. They relly make it feel like home.
The restaurants around the apartment is a huge plus.
We would stay again if we are back in Romania.

The apartment was really clean and tidy. The inside was really nice! We had towels and robes in our rooms. The sofa bed and main bedroom bed were huge!
It is walkable distance to the main attractions and areas, there’s food places nearby.
The hosts were great. They were really good and attentive. It was easy to access the apartment and they were easy to get a hold of and responded fast.
The only downside was that the outside building looked a bit run down and before you get into the apartment, it can look a little creepy. However, once in the apartment, it is safe and very nice inside!

Lovely apartment in an amazing location! Everything is just far enough out so you aren’t disturbed by noise from the bars, but all within a 5 minute walk.
Great transport links very close by which can take you all over the city!
We had a lovely stay and the host was very responsive when asked questions and checked in with us throughout the trip.

The rooms were incredibly nice and I couldn’t ask for more. Is near to restaurants and metro universidade. Don’t be surprised by the entry to the building and the elevator, once you are in the apartment it’s chic and clean. Absolutely recommend this choice

Fantastic location. The place was in a super convenient location to walk to everything in Old Town Bucharest and was very quiet and clean. Christian was very helpful and responsive to all our questions. Our family of four easily stayed three nights here! Many dining options, amazing coffee shops (Toucan Coffee, The Coffee Shop), and Mega Image grocery stores all within five minutes walk of the place.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Metropole appts. It’s decorated very nice inside and is comfortable to stay in. It is excellently located, the bus from the airport stops at piata universitaii which is just 3 mins walk from the house and there are restaurants and bars located 1 min walk away. There is even a Starbucks 106 paces away which makes for a convenient coffee run in the morning. The arrival instructions were very straightforward as were the departure ones.

The place in the middle of the city

The apartment was perfect. Super functional, clean and stylish. The communication was quick and accurate from Stefan.
The only downside I would say is the lift. It is old and cramped and if someone doesn’t close the outer lift door on a level, then you have to walk the stairs. This only happened once in our three night stay though.

The room was freezing, they claimed there is central heating. In fact there was only an air-conditioner with the maximum temperature output at 32 degrees Celsius which the weather reported between 3c to 7c even during daytime. There was only a thin blanket provided. Some of the lighting were not working too.
The environment was also very dirty, cockroaches ruining around the apartment. And inside the main entrance as well. Please take this offer out from your list. Absolutely unsatisfied which I think this place should refund or pay us back. Will never never book this kind of apartment / room without front desk forever. The host was not helpful at all, no late out charge not taking care your luggages. Only repeating your check out time wad 11:00am and you have to leave the room.

The good -
Apartment was clean, well looked after and in a great central location close to the old town where all the bars and restaurants are. Lots of parking due to there being an underground car park under the building across. Download the Interparking app before arrival to get the best rates.
The bad -
Windows are all smoked out due the view being a dirty, dingy back of building area (a solution to an ugly view but results in a complete lack of direct, clear sunlight in the apartment. Lots of defused light, just no clear light. The entrance to the building is graffiti covered and looks like it is one step away from being a tramps toilet. Which brings me to the next point...
The Ugly -
A homeless guy was sleeping 1st floor the landing for the first 24 hours. Not great but not really the fault of the apartment owners, just unfortunate.

It is in the middle of old town but outside of the noisy area. Great place to stay and enjoy city. I stayed in several places in Bucharest but this place was my favorite. Wifi speed is also good

The service was absolutely great, the manager of the apartment is very kind and helpful, the place is beautifully decorated, clean and cosy. It was a 5 stars experience, I highly recommend this venue!

This place is amazing, super clean and very modern. It has a 2 big rooms and it’s super easy to communicate with these guys. They came on time and were super friendly, definitely recommend this place. Best location in Old town.

Renovated apartments in old building in the heart of Bucharest. Cannot imagine a more central location. Staff is friendly, helpful and available. Tons of shops and restaurants around. Totally walkable & close to mas trans. Parking is hard. Use Uber/Bolt/cabs instead. Building is old and somewhat decrepit. Hot water & coffee machine are moody. Small fridge, mostly taken up by minibar items

Very good experience! I travelled with my 9 months old son. Unfortunately the elevator broke in the weekend we were there, which is a problem having a baby, a stroller and bags on the 4th floor. HOWEVER, Christy was such a great help! Always very available and came to help me bring the stroller up and down the stairs every time I had to go out. The apartment was great. Very beautiful and very clean. Would definitely come back.

I’ve stayed here several times and always same high quality. Nice decor, service good and very close to old town centre. Cooking area is a bit small but eating out locally is so cheap and easy it’s not an issue for me.

We’ve appreciated our stay at the metropole appartement.
The location is very central, close to all kind of accommodations (public transportations, restaurants, grocerie stores ...), and the stuff is very nice.
Outside the building doesn’t look so nice but we got a good surprise inside the suit.
I definitely recommend it 😊
