This is a budget airport hotel. It's clean, comfortable and quiet. The room is small. No kettle or tea/coffee making supplies, budget, remember? If you want a clean, comfortable and quiet place to stay prior or after a flight for a reasonable price, this is your place.

Very nice staff. very new building, good design. Be aware that the bus on the weekends is going late in the morning from 9am.

It was clean, very friendly staff, nice and large breakfast buffet. Comfortable beds, small but practical rooms. Very good value for money. The parking costs 15 Euros a day which we didn't know before.

The room is VERY basic. Basically you get a bed. The only other furniture is a small stool. Since there is nowhere to sit in the room (other than the bed), everyone goes down to the dining room. Where people read, work on their laptop, or get drunk. The washroom is small but adequate.

It's a budget hotel and the room was only for sleeping for the night before flight after all. We had no complaint about the rate we paid. The only thing is the shower had some fault or, I suspect, it was installed incorrectly by the plumber, so the hot water was lukewarm and temperature fluctuate. If you don't need a shower after an exhausted day or in the morning then nevermind.

people at the reception are very nice and kind. the room wasn’t really clean and it is really far away from the city center. if you have a bus to another city really early at the weekend know that there are no public transportation before 9. we missed our bus 😔

Dont ever trust this hotel to pay them at desk because they will change price and add high tax plus the room we should have three single bed pr double with single bed for room size 130 sqf but we got room more smaller with one double bed and tiny small bed take it out from the waredrobe, the price been quoted to us on hotel.com website was €99 including tax plus we have to pay €5.95 tax thats should be all but we paid €149 and couldnt argue them because might cant find another hotel to stay, breakfast very poor, two people only serving reception, cleaning and service breakfast. This hotel not recommended to families at all.

First night in Rotterdam, stayed in this small, cold, dingy, bare to the bone hotel room, with no amenities, heater couldn’t even warm up room til following day of checkout. Floor was dusty. Had 2 uncomfortable very small twin size beds. No closet, hooks on wall. No phone. Not a very comfortable or welcoming stay. Goes beyond being basic to the bare minimal for a hotel room. Of course, breakfast not included. If it was cleaner, heater worked, would have been more bareable.

On Hotel.com breakfast and parking was inclusive but we asked to pay separately . House keepers are not allowed to touch personal belongings. But they did and one of our rings were gone.
