Great location and room was nice. Air conditioning is disabled at times during the morning for energy savings. Marta at the front desk was great, night staff was not friendly. Roof Top Bar and pool area closed earlier than advertised.

Great location, conveniently located very close to shops and restaurants on a walkable street. Breakfast and overall customer service was subpar.

We had a great stay. The room was clean and had all of the amenities that we needed. This area was so convenient as there were a lot of bars and restaurants within walking distance.

My experience went from great to horrible quickly. There was an error with my booking that seemed to be corrected quickly with great service when the daytime management staff was on site. My experience with the evening staff couldn’t be more opposite. The triple room I had been upgraded to earlier by the daytime staff was actually a double. No rollaway bed was available so I attempted to book a second room for the night to quickly fix the issue and get some sleep. This resulted in an hour long battle with the evening staff who managed to call me a liar, mock my frustration and ultimately make my stay so uncomfortable I booked a different hotel for the rest of my 5 day stay in Barcelona. They also criticized me when speaking to each other in Spanish, not knowing that I understand much of what they were saying.

Affordable, excellent facilities and v clean. Good size rooms. Next to metro station so travelling is v easy

The property is well located but the walls are thin so it’s very noisy. Breakfast had good options. Pool is very small. No late checkin offered which is unfortunate and the room wasn’t entirely presentable (some paint job unfinished)

A very good hotel with a near metrostation. Unfortunately the view is not really fascinating but for the price its absolutley perfect!

Front desk was very helpful and friendly, and spoke several languages which was helpful since my Catalan is rusty. Location was super convenient and the hotel was modern and clean. The room was a little “dungeony” being located under the pool and had no windows, but the room itself was appropriate for our needs. The laundry service was easy and efficient and the continental breakfast was good and had some variety. Overall, a great value. I would stay there again.

A good place to stay, near bakerys, restaurant, bar, supermarket and walkable mall. In general the location is pretty good

loved the balcony in the room. Breakfast buffet (paid) offers a great sampling of charcuterie and cheeses. The in-room air conditioning is very eco-friendly and can be too mild at times, but you can totally sleep with the windows open in Barcelona. The swimming pool was a little small and cold.

The roof terrace is only open in the evenings, so no sunrise og early mornings watching Barcelona waking up.

I most of the time visit Barcelona for MWC at Fira. This is a good location with convenient access by subway. Spacious room and kind staff @ restaurant. Highly recommended.

It was very central to a lot of public transportation and was only 15/20 minutes away on the metro from the centre of barcelona, the staff were really friendly and helpful. They kept the room tidy for us and held our luggage for free

Great affordable hotel close to Camp Nou.

Everything was fantastic I was leaving early on my day of departure and they even did me a breakfast picnic to go to airport as I was missing breakfast the hotel is absolutely beautiful cannot fault anything

The hotel was nice and very clean, the staff was excellent and the breakfast was very good. The location was a convenient 2 min walk to the metro stop. It was a 30min transit time to the city center. I found the metro system to be phenomenal and very easy to use/navigate. As always I relied on the Citymapper App which did not disappoint. The only issue was that the air conditioning on the 6th floor was very poor. It was too warm to sleep comfortably each night and I am not typically easily overheated.

The hotel is new, modern and beautiful. The breakfast was great. However!! I did not sleep. I flew in from Canada overnight and had a 24 hour layover. The room I was in 105 above reception was horrible. You could hear everything all night long. I complained to reception and they informed me they knew of the issues of that room but because I was only going to be one night is why I was given it. I am a humanitarian worker going to Ukraine and had to delay my trip once in Poland and pay more money for a hotel so I could actually rest. I was highly disappointed in the staff and hotel for this. No compensation no offer to do anything.
