This place did not have water and the only thing they give you is a sheet no blanket. It is not the best place to stay for the money.

I cannot give a bad review because the place is extremely cheap. You get what you pay for. Staff is kind. I took away a star because the breakfast is a joke. They tell you you can pick between rice and pancake. But if you choose the pancake you get 3 very small ones and do not get any meat. Also they only give one egg with breakfast, despite the world wide standard being 2 eggs. It was almost weird the way they was so stingy with breakfast. But hey the place is as cheap as a hostel and you get your own room. So I connot really complain.

It is what it is and you get what you pay for.
It's a budget 2 star hotel and as such dont expect 4 star comforts. It's local standards,
lots of locals go there, as do budget travellers. As such it's good, and has a cafe on premises which makes it convenient.

The family room is quite expensive and the bathroom in it is in very poor condition. Rusty tap and shower head, no hair dryer, only cold water.
The standard room is ok.
We have to wait over an hour to get breakfast as the family members are the priority, not the guests. Also, we ordered juice and got iced tea without telling us that is not available. The breakfast included in the room price is very small.
No complain with the staff helpfulness.

Very loud. Don’t expect to sleep well. Water doesn’t work when you need it to. Area in general is not walkable and felt very unsafe. In general not a good place to stay…

Very good nightly price for room. Food is very good, ate there daily. Laundry service does good job. They do have water pressure issues and not all windows lock. But they do have nightly watchman at gate. Very good location to explore the city by foot. Drivers outside also very good at finding anything you need. I would recommend for anybody that can deal with lower quality amenities for a better price. bathroom water went out but it is expected in Cebu. Can be very loud most of the time as it is located next to main road.

Friendly & helpful when they're around but on weekends only 1 employee for all duties. Some downstairs rooms are secluded & dark & crowded parking lot.

Really pleasant and clean rooms. Very hospitable staff, ok food, secure parking for my motorbike inside the manned gates.

Nice Hotel, but I was only able to sleep 2 hours. Very noisy street in the back of the rooms with motorcycle and car horns, sub woofer blasting at least through 2 am and then just prior to 5 am the Roosters started. I will never stay at this Hotel again!

The location was very convenient since it is close to several tourist destinations we planned to visit. The hotel has a mini resto that serves good food. We love their ice cream in particular.The things that we think should be improved would be their towels - too rough and old; there was no hot shower; and part of the 'welcoming committee" were two cockroaches crawling and flying around the room. :-)

The told us of cold showers ; but, they were not that cold. Ok after a hot sweaty day. We loved the little hotel restaurant and bar. We took many meals there - simple, reasonable, convenient!

Nice stay. Clean very accommodating. Should have phone or intercom inside the room so we can easily call the staff if we need something. The owner was accommodating too.

Very good for the money. Helpull staff, good cheap restaurant with limited selections.The manager of the hotel was very professional in helping us to feel comfortable during our stay. ! We stayed in the new addition to the hotel and internet was not available.

Sa owner also na nghatid samin to city and airport at d kame pinabayaan kahit lakas ng ulan at nakahabol pa sa flight.. Salamat maam.. Cheaper but sobrang worth it x2 pa ang makukuha mo na service..

Restaurant first experience ants in drinks and glasses not clean and a hair in food. So off to mcdonalds and its not walking distance to alternatives other than street food might even rate better. Not aware of rooms have no hot water until i had booked two nights. Then told portable hot water system cost an extra 200 pesos bringing the price above many other cheap hotels that were in a better location for me so i lost out economy of moving there also. Enquired why not stated there is no hot water to be told its in fine print of description. Apon checking i found out its not. Rooms clean but you have to be asking for toiletries. Staff nice enough but look out you dont get handed a room with small refridgerator and malfuntioning tv box.

The ambiance is not so quiet for us having a baby. Also, when I was having my shower the water suddenly stops. Take note the wifi connection is so strong. I like it!

Easy check-in, friendly staff, close to dive sites. Jeepney pickup right outside. The place is not a five star resort obviously, but for what you pay it's an exceptional deal. Serves it's purpose and very budget friendly.
