Rooms were kept clean and spotless. Amenities replenished immediately upon request. Very central location - practically walking distance to most popular foodie and tourist destinations in downtown Bacolod.
Breakfast was really good with a healthy blend of international and local options.
Will stay again.

Overall was excellent, employees are very polite, attentive and friendly. Place very clean, room up to date. Everything I need met my expectations. I will come back again to this hotel. I highly recommend.

Area can be very busy around hotel but food available within walking distance. Hotel staff were amazing. Hotel room was awesome. Great food at breakfast.

The staff are accommodating. The place is clean. Love the native foods in the breakfast buffet like dilis which I missed. Loved how they cooked the dilis. The Tuyo though ,I think is overcooked or not that fresh? Overall, buffet foods are good though

Bathroom needs improvement, AC is terrible, it is Central controlled, so either freezing or too hot in room. Laundry service too expensive. Under beds dirty. Tables in room stained. The roof top experience is very nice, staff very friendly.

Probably the best hotel in Bacolod right now -- clean, safe, nicely laid out, very comfortable and elegant. One of its best assets however is its staff: professional, warm, attentive. The staff are clearly well trained, take their job seriously, and service oriented. Lobby and public areas well managed (no non-guests and hangers on like in other hotels in the city, including the so-called top ones). All in all elegant.

Second time at this property. Chose the larger room this time and it was very comfortable and clean. The restaurant breakfast buffet was plentiful, well prepared, and delicious. Staff, in general, were very nice. Recommended.

It was our home away from home for 8 days and the staff were very friendly and helpful - the bathrooms are needing some tlc, the bed was comfy and the room was quiet, and although we would have reused our towels they didn’t dry well overnight but we may have had the ac on too low (conserving energy!). Convenient location near Ayala Mall.

I booked 2 rooms at seda , the rooms are excellent a/c was good , good atmosphere anywhere in the hotel ,rooms were clean ,the pool is nice, restaurant was good the staff were super friendly to me and my guests ,helpful right from the front desk ,staff at the roofdeck people all the way to maintenance and cleaning staff I would recommend this place and will stay here again.

Staffs very friendly and helpful easy to check-in and out. Room good size for two peoples. Although no welcoming water bottle to drink and refrigerator was empty and toiletries is not completes however buffet breakfast was been very excellent prepared in world class and staff at dining department was very friendly and attentive. I love to stay again next and ị definitely introduce to friends ang family.

Located in one of the busiest streets of the city. Great for business functions and such but not so much for young families with small children. There are certain smells around the hotel that’s questionable but the staff is great.
