The hotel room was good for our family. Our teens each had space and didn’t need to share a bed. The room was quiet and spacious.
The main downfall was the breakfast. We chose this hotel for the option of a breakfast included. But the breakfast provided was severely disappointing. Both mornings the coffee was empty. The food options were almost gone both mornings (we arrived around 9am) and were not replenished. Eggs were gone, muffins were gone, coffee creamer was empty and the coffee creamer I did find was curdled and chunky. Very little staff available to assist with the breakfast. Both mornings were highly disappointing .

The staff were nice, breakfast was a bit hectic due to a large sum of people eating at once, so there was some congestion around the waffle makers and food was making its way out as they could.
Also hoping hotels start having bedding in rooms for pull out couches so you don't have to bother staff to supply them.

It was very nice hotel for our family weekend getaway. Milwaukee was busy this weekend and the staff were busy meeting everyone’s needs.

Staff was very nice and extremely helpful. Hotel had issues with the national outage but they handled it extremely well. I will stay there any time I’m in the area.

The key card system was down due to Microsoft outage. The staff was super nice and escorted to our rooms each time to open the doors so our stay went very smoothly. I would recommend this hotel highly

We booked a family trip the Brewers/cubs game and stayed one night in Milwaukee. The hotel was close to the field. The area was good with lots of shopping and food. The room was a good size. A few items could use updates - bathroom wall had a hole that looked like it was a poor patch job, kitchen hanging light rattled when some above would walk in that area, thermostat in bedroom had low battery so temp couldn’t be changed (we ended up switching batteries out of the other thermostat to change it). Breakfast had a lot of options. Parking garage free for hotel guests.

The hotel is in a very nice location. It has a very nice breakfast. But, when I complained about the constant noise from the ventilation in the bathroom, I was told it was the way it was and they did nothing about it. Also, the pillows are too soft.

This is a very nice hotel. A nice parking garage, near great shopping and dining. The girl at the front desk was wonderful! I would certainly stay here again.

At an average price of $250/night, we expected much better service and cleanliness than what this hotel provided. There was trash piled up in the hallway every single day and night. The sofa bed was a rock hard futon and the cleanliness of the room was terrible.
There was free parking, so that was helpful.

Received a nasty 2nd degree burn from the coffee served at hotel, staff stated they are not responsible for serving extemely hot coffee. Asst GM refused to listen me

The area is not as nice as it was when I lived in the area 30 years ago. I was given a card with my keys warning me of leaving anything in my car overnight with a list of the most stolen items on it. That was a little disappointing and made us reluctant to leave our room after dark

The hotel was in a great location. The beds weren’t super comfortable and the furniture was pretty used.

We've stayed at other Homewood Suites by Hilton before, so I hoped it would be the same quality and experience as others in the Milwaukee area, but sadly, it wasn't. The rooms were dirty & dingy. It seems like there was a lot of questinable local teens sneaking in through back doors, changing in the pool bathroom and swimming. Many were inappropriate and creating a very uncomfortable atmosphere for other families. They ran out of plates for breakfast an hour before it was done. Along with many food options. Each night we came back, the building would wreak of marijuana. The front desk was short, impolite and treated all the guests like we were a hassle. Our friends and ourselves will never stay here again. So many other choices, I would avoid this one.

The coffee maker was broken, one of two TV remotes didnot work, faucet in bathtub had a steady drip. Sofa and chair was filthy. Rug looked dirty. Staff was very friendly... not their fault. Poor management, obviously.

The ventilation system ran all the time. He lotion container pump was stuck closed. Skim Milk at breakfast was sour. Heated breakfast we’re cool and not even warm.

Way too loud, I understand it was the holiday but I got absolutely no sleep due to the banging walls and teenagers running the halls.

The customer service was motel quality ! The pool wasn’t clean , and didn't have towels in the pool area . I went during New Years Eve to have a peaceful night with my kids but didn’t get that at all . There were numerous parties going on , on the floor and ask in the hallway the police was called .
This hotel including staff does not hold up to HILTON standards . I’m extremely disappointed and won’t be coming back .
