Bed bugs present

great location in Wauwatosa, close to the Interstate 41. There is a 24hr Denny's and a 24hr Walrgreens within walking distance so that even if you arrive late in the evening you have options. The Mayfair mall is also very close by. Location, location, location :-) The American Family Field is quite easy to reach with a car as well. This is the main reason I keep coming back to this hotel. The service is average, friendly and helpful. The breakfast, which unfortunately only uses disposable plates and silverware (not ideal in my book), is decent however. The ladies that are in charge of breakfast are absolutely top notch! Friendly and extremely helpful! Even if you wake up a bit late, and you kindly ask, they may just let you grab a bagel or the like ;-.) If you have a choice, do not get a room on the ground floor. We got a room there this time and it was across the hall from a maintenance room and thus it was quite loud. The 2nd and 3rd floor are much quieter. The bathrooms on the groundfloor, in my room this time anyway, could use a renovation. Everything works... but it they are showing significant wear and tear. Overall, this experience was as good as the last several.

Two week stay was very nice.

The good: sheets are silky smooth, bed is comfy, great water pressure in the shower. The not-so-good: Room was not available at 3 pm check-in. Came back at 4:30 pm and still had to wait. Bathroom is dimly lit, showerhead is way too low (even for a short person), bathroom exhaust fan didn't remove any moisture from the shower, so entire bathroom was constantly damp. Spider in the room, dirty corners on the bathroom floor. So, a mixed bag. For the price, I expected better.

The hot breakfast was great always stocked and courteous kitchen staff as well as front desk staff. The carpet and vinyl floors were not clean in our room. The bed was comfy and the room had plenty of towels and amenities.

Came to see the IndyCar races at the Milwaukee Mile. Property was clean and convenient.. Denny’s across the street. A particular plus was the breakfast.. the woman who cared for the breakfast was great.. one of the cleanest hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had.. will definitely book the property again

Good for an overnight stay. Showers need updating. They are not the most appealing. Breakfast was good. Lots of options. Quiet at night.

When we arrived we got settled from a long drive, our sink would not drain well and our toilet wouldn’t flush. We informed from desk and they brought us a plunger in a garbage bag. Nothing would work and sent no one to fix it. So we were moved to room #2, got unpacked and then… no air, informed desk, no apologies nothing, just handed us another key and told us room #. When eating breakfast we observed the staff that was getting everything ready close half the door at 9:25 and 9:30 on the dot she closed it and Would not allow anyone to grab anything extra.

Very dirty room. Blood in my daughters comforter, they didn't have a clean one to give her. Toilet ran all night. Grungy, dirty, cracked shower. My feet were black walking around room.

Room was clean. Very quiet. Comfortable bed. Great breakfast. Hallway was a bit messy near our room. Toilet seat was broken. No hair dryer. Overall, good stay.

The shower was basically a trickle & wouldnt turn off. Bathroom had horrible lighting. Toilet plugged - reported to from desk but no one ever came. Not what i remember a Holiday Inn to be.

Below average hotel that needs some cleaning and updating. Room wasn't the cleanness and was falling apart. Now body wash or handsoap in bathroom.

Comfortable beds in a spacious room. Water pressure was good with basic toiletries. Breakfast offered a variety of hot and cold foods to choose from. Close to shopping mall, eateries with easy access to the highway.

Good location. Room was clean. Free breakfast was very good. Only negative was the hallway carpet needed cleaning.

The staff was very friendly. The property is showing its age and needs updating.

Pillow cases were stained. Shower head positioned way to low. I do like location and service was very friendly and efficient. Parking easy.

Tub was never clean from last person staying there. Long hairs stuck to sheer wall all over shower

Garbage under desk, ac did not work well, and yellowing on the sheets parking lot to small for amount of people standing here I wish I wood have taken pictures of thes conditions

The bathroom was old and needed work. Didn't take a shower because the calking turn black. The trap door above the shower had rust and the paint had peeled off. The countertop didn't fit. And the bathroom door was broken at the bottom.

Our stay was excellent, the staff was very polite & helpful. Breakfast was good. The only negative was the toilet didn’t flush well. You had to flush several times to get the toilet paper to go down.

On the first day of the stay, the bathroom faucet and bath were dirty and there was a dirty wash cloth which shows that the cleaning ladies knew the bathroom could not be cleaned because there was no running water in Room 508. We had to wait 8 hours till 3pm to get another room because we were told that no rooms were available. Therefore, our whole day was wasted. I took pictures and reported to Dave, the manager who promised to deduct some money from our stay. This was not done. Room 508 should not have been assigned to anyone.

We stayed here for Harley Homecoming and we'd definitely stay again. Our room was comfy and the beds were perfect. The hotel was full, so its understandable that staff couldn't keep up with demand. That's ok because we went to Midtown Grill and had one of our fave breakfasts ever.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Close to Mayfair Mall and downtown Wauwatosa and walking trails. Included BF was fairly good, but Denny's is right next door if you chose. Bed were comfortable. Bathroom was a bit small for a two queen bed room. I would recommend this hotel to friends.

Well, breakfast was supposed to be served till 10 AM. I got down there at 9:30 and told the lady they were out of sausage gravy and oatmeal and cartons of milk. And she not her head at me and 20 minutes later nothing else has been placed out and I asked her about it and she goes. What’s gonna take 20 minutes and I said well I asked you 20 minutes ago and she says well it’s too late for us to open anything else up, so I was pretty disappointed with not getting breakfast on that first day.

our stay was great. husband had surgery at Froedtert and our daughter and son-in-law can from Idaho with their camper and the staff did everthing to make us comfortable.The breakfast was great and the lady was so kind and caring. It was a great stay at such a stressful time for our family. Thank you to the amazing staff.

The water for the sink and shower in our first room didn’t work. We were moved to another room and the shower was difficult to turn on and didn’t get hot water for several minutes. There were also a few large insects in the bathroom sink and shower.

Nice area, but there are nothing around the hotel.
