We stayed in 302 and it was an amazing room clean had everything you could imagine and more if you have kids I suggest renting chairs and umbrella in front row they go quick

The following is for resort mgmt only--My only complaint is that the rule abiding smokers are treated as second class citizens. Smokers cannot smoke on the balcony, and I had no problem adhering to that rule. However, people staying above, below, and to either side were blazing up all night & day (not just tobacco). Therefore, we were not able to utilize the balcony much. I on the other had had to traverse 17 stories via slow elevator just to smoke by a dumpster.....for all the money I spent...sitting by a hot trash heap...really guys?!?! Of course there is a smoking area by the snack tiki bar, but good luck lighting your cigarette or getting adequate shade. Other resorts allow smoking on the balcony and on vacation I shouldn't have to spend that much time traveling to your dumpsters & almost falling through the broken chairs that are deemed smoke pit worthy.

The beach was so easily accessible and there are 3 pools on the property. The grills are right there too!! The white sand beach is SUPREME!!! The unit was great and VERY CLEAN!!!!

Great place to vacation with the family! We had a two bedroom rental - one bedroom with a king size bed, one bedroom with two twin beds, and a pull out couch in the living room. We traveled with a 13-year-old, 11-year-old, an eight-year-old, and five month old. The beach is close, white sand, and there were a few chairs in the rental that we could take down to use along with an umbrella. The weather while we visited in March was not ideal, and the red flags were out often. However, the pools are nice, clean, and fairly warm. We made the most of our stay. There are a couple of places for shopping for souvenirs within walking distance. There are a few grocery stores that we drove to to stock the kitchen. There aren’t any spices, or basics in the kitchen, so if you are planning to cook, you will need to buy those items from the grocery store. The only real complaint that I have is that only two out of the four elevators were working at the time of our visit. So on busy days, it was a long wait or a long hike up the stairs. Overall, I would say this place was a great find!

This condo was very clean and on the beach. Pictures were all accurate.
Unfortunately most of the rental places are closed In January, including the harbour walk with zipline, etc. However, we will definitely stay at this resort again. The facility and amenities were great. I liked that there was always someone at the front desk too, unlike other condos.
Great place! Location was also great: walked to dinner, beach shop, and winn dixie. Just a short drive to other beaches.
Gulfarium was a must with kids.

The condo we rented was beautiful, clean and had a great view of the beach. The beach was beautiful with clear water and white soft sand. Perfect!!! Just wish we had better weather to enjoy it..

Great experience! Loved the unit we were in. Everyone was nice and pleasant. Drinks were amazing. Weather & beach were absoultly gorgeous!
Only part that sucked was the parking and walking to and from the gargage. Need to invest in a 6 seater golfcart shuttle.

Didn't like having to book through Trivago which was confusing. Rather have book through you personally. I prefer phone calls instead of Internet. Check in time was late. We drove over 10 hours didn't realize the time zone difference had to wait even longer for the room to be cleaned. Didn't like the high cost for the room. Oh crab Island is not an Island. Totally Deceiving

Overall just a nice stay for family and very friendly staff! Convenient for shopping and walking distance to everything! Felt safe all around and very clean area. Had a wonderful time and plan to go back next year!!

We had an amazing family vacation here! The two bedrooms were spacious.l, the kitchen had amazing appliances and amenities to use. We took advantage of the on-site grills nightly. Zero complaints for this property. Excellent hosts. The proximity and ease of getting to the beach is perfect for families who have a lot to carry. We will be back!

I definitely enjoyed my stay at Pelican Beach Resort. Everything was clean, neat and beautiful including the view of the ocean. The host was very courteous and messaged me to make sure we had everything we needed. I will definitely be staying again soon

Very large resort with multiple pools. There was only one small hot tub though which was difficult to use as it only held about 6 people and was constantly full. Other than that, kids had a lot of fun.

There was sand on the floor and we didn’t go on the beach it was too cold. The fire stick didn’t work.... we had a drain issue. And the living room furniture needs to be cleaned
