Great location near Jordan Creek mall and so many restaurants. Friendly service, good breakfast, and a bargain price.

Very clean and comfortable. Receptionist was amazing and very friendly. We had to leave early before breakfast for an appointment but we could smell breakfast cooking and it smelled amazing.

The room was clean and comfortable but overall the facility was a real disappointment. We will not stay here again nor recommend it to anyone.
The common area dining area was well stocked and clean the week days. However, the weekend was awful. No one wiping down tables and chairs/emptying trash etc. Yuk!
After dining area was closed for the day no one appeared to man the coffee station. Coffee was old, stale and not drinkable.
The exercise equipment had not been wiped down, there were no towels and no fans to keep the area cool and comfortable.
Towels provided were pitiful-too small and too few.
Shower door would not remain closed-which we reported but was not fixed.
Ironing board cover was useless. Why bother?
Trash bins outside front door needed to be emptied
I could go on but will stop. Just not a good experience overall.

it took us forever to check in. Even with my confirmation number, they couldn’t find our reservation. Until they finally did. The room was really nice and perfect amount of space for us. But every toilet flush or shower run, it would wake us up. It was really loud.

The hotel was clean and tidy. Breakfast was decent. My biggest complaint was they ran out of clean towels before we even checked in for the night. We had a group of six and only had 3 towels. They did not have any extra towels and there were no towels in the swimming pool. People were bringing their towels down to the front desk to have them wash them overnight so they would have towels in the morning. We were only staying one night so didn’t have any towels to wash…but did not have enough for everyone in our party to shower or go to the pool.

Very nice property! The room had a nice big window which let in lots of natural light, making it feel bigger. Breakfast was average with the normal 2-3 hot items, waffle maker, and a number of cold options.

We have stayed at HIE properties in other cities and expected more from the breakfast. The egg omelets and turkey sausage were old and dried out. The pancake machine was out of order. Very limited options for gluten or egg allergies.

Overall the stay was a great experience. When we checked in, I had to wait for the receptionists to stop chatting before they could address me to check in. I was taught you always address a customer when they are within 5 foot from you. The room was very clean, and I have no complaints other than check in. I would stay again.
