Very sad that the hotel does not provide facecloths in the bathroom. Seems like a small item, not sure why they don't provide them.

Terrible service from reception at arrival. No support at all from receptionists, shuttle 20 minutes late at airport instead of promised 5 mins. when asked for support for taxi booking for early departure day after, no support at all. I will never be back in this hotel ever.

Disappointed, main reason why I chose this place was for two things, Bar (to avoid stepping out) and Shuttle to Airport. There’s no longer a bar there. I called ahead and they told me to come down and register for ride. I did that with time and they told me that the following Shuttle would be full. I understood and so I asked I could get on the next one, they said I could but the timing wasn’t guaranteed due to traffic and there lunch breaks. So I had to Uber.

Extremely noisy throughout the night. This is an airport hotel and people are being loud leaving their rooms to checkout. Impossible to get a restful sleep. Location is awful. No sidewalk on unsafe street.

The bathroom was terrible. The hair dryer could have killed us and burnt the entire place down. They said breakfast was till 10.30 and granted we got there at 10.15 after only a few hours sleep due to flight delays but the said it was finished and wouldn’t even give us coffee. It truely was such a poor experience that it wasn’t funny.

We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years. It used to be good, but it has really gone downhill. The sheets and towels had holes in them, there was a terrible odor coming from the bathroom sink, and the room seemed dirty. There was a fridge but it did not work. The woodwork in the bathroom was deteriorating and needed repair and the shower drained very slowly so you end up standing in dirty water. Does nobody check the state of the rooms? On the plus side the WiFi was great and the shower had lots of hot water and lots of pressure. We will not stay here again.
